To monitor and support existing applications and infrastructure in order to ensure that any unplanned system failure leading to disruption in business activities is minimized. Plan and perform wide variety of installation, configuration and up gradation of deployed systems to enable business to become more productive. IT Production Manager positions include below areas:

• Database Management
• IT Operations - Network
• IT Operations -Datacenters

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects involving new technologies which cover the system infrastructure, application and database in order to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
• Supervise the administration of systems (i.e. System infrastructure, application and database) to ensure the availability of services to business owners and customers (internal or external).
• Plan, design and implement disaster recovery procedure for installed systems and services and ensure the backup of critical systems and data.
• Manage the team in troubleshooting and recovery of transactions and services due to incidents.
• Manage all projects and initiatives (i.e., new, redesign or upgrades) to address scalability and stability of the network infrastructure (voice, digital and security) and ensure timely project delivery.
• Supervise the installation, maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure (i.e., hardware, software and communication links) in order to support business operations and customers.
• Supervise the configuration and setup of security infrastructure (i.e., security appliances and software) in order to ensure secured access to vital business applications and information.
• Conduct periodic security reviews of all system and application access.
• Plan, design and implement service and infrastructure monitoring and automation to ensure pro-active resolution of incidents and enhance productivity.
• Plan and manage the implementation of system performance and capacity management monitoring to ensure the stability of systems and services.
• Provide periodic system status reports to senior management which will indicate the availability of systems services.
• Manage the delivery of production tasks (i.e., running batches and operational jobs) to ensure that transactions are posted and reports are available on time as required by business and customers.
• Ensure timely response to all alerts, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate while working closely with business stakeholders to assure continued quality of service.
• Adhere to the Bank’s AML/CTF policy, guidelines and all SAMA’s regulations relating to account opening, KYC and Customer Due Diligence.

Job Requirements:

• Saudi
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or any related field or an acceptable educational level accompanied by a strong banking experience.
• 5-8 years’ relevant experience in IT Systems or related IT functions including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in a financial institution
• Knowledge of banking IT production
• Knowledge of the banking operations and requirements
• Experience in translating the business needs in IT systems and operations
