We are looking for an experienced Workshop Team Leader that is well versed both as a Technician and workshop Team Leader who has the same passion that took us from our humble roots to the world class organization we are today and who will continue to push the limits of what is possible.

Role Description

One full-time In-house role is available for a Workshop Team Leader

Based out out of Dammam - KSA. The Service Technician will be responsible for leading the workshop team to the highest productivity through workload planning and management. The successful candidate will also inspect, maintain, and repair HYTORC hydraulic torque tools and equipment.

The role will be 80% technician 20% workshop Team leader, reporting to the Operations Manger for the MENA region on workload planning and productivity to ensure the maximum output from the workshop team.

KEY Experience Required:

• Proven Experience in workshop Team lead roles in the past
• Proven experience in workload planning
• Proven experience in productivity management and enhancement
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365, Excel reports and data management
• Proficiency in documenting service reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, maintenance, and repairs.
• Experience working with hydraulic systems and tools; working knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge or experience in ISO 17025 and ISO 9001:2015
• Relevant certifications or experience in the tool and equipment repair industry are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
