Role Description

• Installation, maintenance, and support of IT equipment including Windows and Mac devices, mobile phones, and meeting room systems.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for meeting room technologies, including Polycom systems, Cisco video conferencing equipment, Clickshare, and Microsoft Teams rooms.
• Handle cable tracing and physical support for passive network components, such as patch panels, server racking and connectivity.
• Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational, set up for scheduled sessions, and tested in advance for high-profile meetings.
• Asset and inventory management: tagging, tracking, and reporting on IT hardware. Track, manage, and resolve support tickets using internal ticketing systems, ensuring timely and professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, help desk, or technician roles.
• Experience supporting meeting room AV solutions (e.g., Polycom, Cisco Webex, Boad. Meeting room, MS Teams). Hands-on experience with device imaging, software installation, and troubleshooting Windows/Mac OS.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in the IT field. Relevant technical skills
• Certifications (optional but valuable): CompTIA A+, Network+ Cisco CCNA. Certifications in collaboration or video conferencing solutions
