مجموعة استشارية (CG)، التي تأسست عام 1991، تبحث عن أخصائي عرض متحفي للعمل في موقع المشروع في الرياض، السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تخطيط وتصميم وتنظيم الواجهات المتحفية والمعارض وفقاً لمفاهيم المشروع ومتطلبات العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمصممين والقيمين على المعارض.
- إعداد التخطيطات التفصيلية والمواصفات الخاصة بالواجهات.
- الإشراف على تركيب وتقديم المعروضات.
- ضمان استيفاء الواجهات للمعايير الجمالية والوظيفية والسلامة.
- تحسين تجربة الزوار وتدفقهم داخل المعرض.
- التواصل مع الموردين والمصنعين.
- مراقبة الجداول الزمنية والميزانيات.
- الحفاظ على التوثيق والتقارير للمشاريع الجارية والمنتهية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات في تصميم المعارض والمتاحف، بما في ذلك خبرة في تخطيط الواجهات وعرض القطع الأثرية وتحسين تجربة الزوار.
- إتقان أدوات التصميم والتصور مثل AutoCAD وRevit وSketchUp أو برامج مشابهة.
- مهارات تنسيق المشاريع والتخطيط، بما في ذلك الجدولة وإدارة الموارد والتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- معرفة المواد والإضاءة وتقنيات العرض، مع الاهتمام بمتطلبات الحفظ والسلامة وإمكانية الوصول.

- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، والتكيف مع اللوائح المحلية والسياقات الثقافية ومتطلبات المشروع.

Role Description The Museum Showcase Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for planning, designing, and organizing museum showcases, exhibitions, and displays that align with project concepts and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects, designers, and curators, preparing detailed layouts and specifications, and overseeing the installation and presentation of exhibits. The Specialist will ensure that showcases meet aesthetic, functional, and safety standards, while optimizing visitor experience and flow. The role also involves liaising with vendors and fabricators, monitoring timelines and budgets, and maintaining documentation and reports for ongoing and completed projects.

Qualifications
- Exhibit and museum design skills, including experience with showcase layout, artifact presentation, and visitor experience optimization.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software) for preparing drawings and visual concepts.
- Project coordination and planning skills, including scheduling, resource management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of materials, lighting, and display technologies, with attention to conservation, safety, and accessibility requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, curators, contractors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to review technical documents, ensure quality standards, and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Museum Studies, Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous experience in museum, gallery, exhibition, or similar spatial design environments; experience in large-scale or public projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to local regulations, cultural contexts, and project requirements.
