يعلن فندق IBIS عبر برنامج تميز (Tamayyaz) للتوطين عن توفر وظيفة وكيل حجز (Reservation Agent) للرجال والنساء في مكة وجدة بالسعودية. البرنامج موجه للكوادر السعودية لتطوير المهارات في مجال الضيافة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال استفسارات الحجز عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والمنصات الإلكترونية بلطف واحترافية.
- معالجة وتأكيد الحجوزات بدقة، مع تدوين جميع تفضيلات وطلبات النزلاء.
- الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة بخدمات الفندق ومرافقه والمعالم السياحية المحلية لتزويد النزلاء بمعلومات دقيقة.
- التعاون مع مكتب الاستقبال والإدارات الأخرى لضمان تجربة نزيل سلسة من الحجز حتى المغادرة.
- إدارة وحل أي مشكلات أو شكاوى متعلقة بالحجز بفعالية وكفاءة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- برنامج تميز مخصص للسعوديين فقط.
- قبول المرشحين ذوي الخبرة القليلة أو المعدومة، بما في ذلك الخريجون الجدد ومن لديهم خبرة عمل لا تزيد عن 6 أشهر.
- إجادة أساسية للغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي).
- شغف قوي بمجال الضيافة.
- القدرة على العمل بجدول مرن حسب احتياجات القسم.
- القدرة على التركيز على احتياجات النزلاء والحفاظ على الهدوء واللباقة دائمًا.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
- روح الفريق والمبادرة لمساعدة زملاء العمل.

Job Description
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
