Role Description The AI Ethics / Responsible AI Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring ethical frameworks for AI systems used across Digi Visions Technologies and its client solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk and impact assessments, drafting and updating responsible AI policies, and working closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to embed ethical guidelines throughout the AI lifecycle. The specialist will review AI models and data practices for fairness, transparency, privacy, and compliance, and will develop training, documentation, and governance processes to support responsible AI adoption. The role also involves staying current with global AI regulations and standards, advising leadership on emerging risks, and supporting audits and incident response related to AI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI ethics principles, responsible AI frameworks, and governance practices, with experience applying them in real-world AI or data-driven products.
• Background in data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI-related guidelines), and ability to translate requirements into practical controls and policies.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams (data science, machine learning, engineering) to assess models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.
• Excellent analytical, research, and documentation skills, including the ability to conduct impact assessments and communicate complex ethical issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience delivering training or awareness programs on ethics, compliance, or responsible technology use.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Public Policy, Ethics, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience also considered.
• Experience working in globally distributed or tech-enabled organizations; familiarity with remote work models and cross-border regulatory considerations is an advantage.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory AI practices and a demonstrated interest in emerging AI regulation, standards, and industry best practices.
• Training or certificate in "SDAIA"
