العمل على جميع المهام المالية والمحاسبية على المستوى المحلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسكوكات الدفترية / ميزان المراجعة / إعداد القوائم المالية: ترحيل قيود اليومية العامة والحفاظ على ميزان المراجعة وإعداد القوائم المالية باستخدام نظام ERP.
- ضريبة القيمة المضافة (GST/VAT): الإلمام بقانون الضرائب في المملكة العربية السعودية لإعداد الإقرارات الفصلية والسنوية، وإعداد جداول الضرائب وتطبيق أساسيات القواعد الضريبية للمساعدة في إعداد التقارير والإقرارات الضريبية.
- التحصيل / تسوية المقبوضات: استخدام الحكم المهني ودقة التحليل في تحديد الإجراءات المناسبة لتسجيل القيود المحاسبية، والبحث في المعاملات، وإعداد التقارير. تسوية المقبوضات اليومية، وتجميع وإعداد قيود دفتر الأستاذ العام، وتوثيق المعاملات المحاسبية وفقاً لإجراءات الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية.
- التدقيق: التحضير للتدقيق الخارجي، والمناقشة، ودعم مدير المالية / المدقق.
- الامتثال: تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المالية للشركة، وإبلاغ الإدارة بأي تناقضات أو مشكلات، وتنفيذ المهام الإضافية حسب التكليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها (AUC أو قسم اللغة الإنجليزية).
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP والتطبيقات المالية - إلزامية.
- مهارات ممتازة في Excel - إلزامية.
- خبرة في ممارسات ومبادئ المحاسبة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المسكوكات الدفترية وإعداد القوائم المالية، والإعداد المالي، وتحليل البيانات المالية، والتدقيق والضرائب.

Role purpose

Key accountabilities
- Bookkeeping/Trial Balance/ FS Preparation
- GST/VAT
- Collection/ Receipt Reconciliation
- Audit
- Compliance
Bookkeeping/Trial Balance/ FS Preparation
- Passing the GL entries and maintain a Trial Balance and prepare the FS using ERP system in order to prepare the audit file.
- Awareness of Tax law in KSA in order prepare the quarterly and yearly submissions.
- Prepare tax schedules and apply basic knowledge of tax rules to assist in preparation of tax reports and returns
- Use judgment and professional accuracy skills in determining appropriate procedures for preparation of accounting records, research of transactions and reporting
- Reconcile the daily collection receipts
- Compile and prepare entries to General Ledger accounts
Audit
- External Audit preparation, discussion, support to finance manager/ Auditor
- Apply the financial policies and procedures of the company. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
- Perform additional projects as assigned
- Educated to Accounting degree or equivalent AUC or “English Section”
- ERP, Financial application Experience is a must.
- Excellent Excell Skill is a must
- Experience in accounting practices and principles
- Usually a minimum of 5 years’ experience in book keeping and preparation of financial statement, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing and taxation.
