We are looking for a creative, motivated, and organized Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.

Job Description

The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing the social media presence and content production of assigned clients.

The role includes planning content, filming and editing videos, managing social media accounts, attending client locations, and ensuring that all content is delivered according to the approved strategy, content calendar, and brand identity.

The ideal candidate should be creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to transform ideas and trends into engaging digital content.

Responsibilities

• Manage the social media accounts of two assigned clients.
• Plan and prepare monthly content calendars for both clients.
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Film professional content using a smartphone or camera.
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing applications.
• Write engaging captions in Arabic and English.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure all content is consistent with each client’s brand identity, tone of voice, and marketing objectives.
• Attend client locations, events, shoots, store visits, and field visits when required.
• Coordinate directly with clients to collect information, products, approvals, and content requirements.
• Communicate with influencers, bloggers, models, and content creators when needed.
• Collaborate with Jumpcut’s design, production, strategy, and digital advertising teams.
• Follow current social media trends and suggest creative ideas for both clients.
• Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Respond to comments and messages when community management is included in the client’s scope.
• Organize content files, raw footage, edited videos, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Ensure all content is completed and submitted within the agreed deadlines.
• Support the team during campaigns, productions, and special projects.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and short-form video content.
• Ability to film high-quality content using a smartphone or camera.
• Basic to intermediate video-editing skills.
• Good writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage the content requirements of two clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable attending shoots and working from different client locations when required.
• Must be based in Jeddah.
• Must be available to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, freelance experience, university projects, or personal experience in content creation.
• A portfolio showing previous photography, video, social media, or creative work.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for beauty, fashion, restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, corporate, or personal-care brands.
• Knowledge of photography, lighting, storytelling, transitions, and social media trends.
• Comfortable appearing in content when required.
