نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن أخصائي بصريات ماهر ومتعاطف للانضمام إلى فريق طب العيون المتنامي. سيقوم المرشح المثالي بإجراء فحوصات شاملة للعين، وتشخيص وإدارة حالات البصر، والتعاون الوثيق مع أطباء العيون لدعم الإحالات الجراحية وخطط العلاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات عيون تفصيلية واختبارات حدة البصر باستخدام أدوات التشخيص الحديثة (بما في ذلك OCT وتصوير قاع العين).
- كشف وإدارة الأخطاء الانكسارية، والحول، وحالات الاشتباه بالجلوكوما، واعتلال الشبكية السكري، وأمراض البقعة الصفراء.
- وصف النظارات، أو العدسات اللاصقة، أو مساعدات ضعف البصر.
- المساعدة في الرعاية قبل وبعد العمليات الجراحية لمرضى العيون.
- توثيق النتائج بوضوح والحفاظ على سجلات المرضى وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- التعاون مع الفرق الطبية والتشغيلية لضمان رعاية عالية الجودة وسير العمل السلس في العيادة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في قياس البصريات من جامعة معترف بها (يفضل الماجستير أو OD).
- رخصة سارية من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
- يفضل خبرة سريرية من 1-3 سنوات؛ كما نرحب بالمرشحين الحاصلين على ترخيص حديث.
- إجادة استخدام أجهزة التشخيص البصري.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل.
- إجادة اللغة العربية و/أو الإنجليزية.

- Perform detailed eye exams and visual acuity tests using modern diagnostic tools (including OCT and fundus photography).
- Detect and manage refractive errors, amblyopia, glaucoma suspects, diabetic retinopathy, and macular diseases.
- Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, or low-vision aids.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative care of ophthalmology patients.
- Document findings clearly and maintain patient records in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the medical and operational teams to ensure high-quality care and smooth clinic flow.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry from a recognized university (Master’s or OD is a plus).
- Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred; newly licensed candidates are also welcome.
- Proficient in use of optometric diagnostic equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and/or English.
