المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مبادرات المنتج المعقدة من مرحلة الاكتشاف إلى التسليم، وتحويل المشكلات المفتوحة إلى حلول مطروحة عالية الجودة.
- التعاون مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة التقنيين والفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحديد احتياجات المستخدمين، وتحديد معايير النجاح، وترتيب أولويات التحسينات المؤثرة في المنتج.
- تصميم ونمذجة وبناء واختبار وإطلاق وتحسين الميزات باستمرار عبر تجربة المنتج مع التركيز القوي على سهولة الاستخدام والجودة.
- الاستفادة من أدوات التطوير المعززة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) لتسريع التسليم مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية لقابلية الصيانة والهندسة المعمارية وتجربة المستخدم.
- مراجعة الكود وقرارات المنتج والمخرجات المُولَّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وتعزيز أفضل الممارسات الهندسية والحلول القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام عبر الفريق.
- تحسين فعالية الفريق من خلال المساهمة في استراتيجية المنتج وعمليات التسليم وحل المشكلات التعاوني.
- المشاركة في المناوبات (on-call) وأنشطة الدعم المتقدمة لضمان استقرار المنصة والتميز التشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم منتجات برمجية معقدة بشكل مستقل مع الملكية عبر اكتشاف المنتج وتصميمه وتنفيذه.
- قدرة قوية على الجمع بين استراتيجية المنتج وتفكير تجربة المستخدم (UX) والهندسة العملية في بيئة تطوير سريعة.
- خبرة موثقة في العمل في ظل الغموض وتحويل أهداف الأعمال العامة إلى حلول عملية تركز على العميل.
- خبرة في استخدام سير العمل التطويري المعزز بالذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) لتحسين الإنتاجية مع الحفاظ على الجودة التقنية والحكم الهندسي السليم.
