Kings League تبحث عن مدير التسويق والاتصالات لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MENA) في الرياض، السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريقها العالمي ودفع نمو العلامة التجارية عبر المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية التسويق الإقليمية في منطقة MENA.
- تكييف الحملات العالمية مع الأسواق المحلية والفروقات الثقافية.
- تحديد الفرص الرياضية والترفيهية والثقافية لتعظيم ظهور العلامة التجارية.
- تنسيق حملات تسويقية متعددة القنوات عبر المنصات الرقمية والفعاليات المباشرة.
- تنفيذ استراتيجية العلاقات العامة والاتصالات الإقليمية.
- بناء علاقات مع وسائل الإعلام والمبدعين والمؤثرين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- دعم التواصل الإعلامي والاتصالات المؤسسية وإدارة السمعة.
- المساعدة في التواصل أثناء الأزمات عند الحاجة.
- تطوير مبادرات تنمي وتشرك مجتمع Kings League.
- تنسيق الفعاليات المحلية مع المبدعين والسفراء والأندية والشركاء.
- دعم الترويج للمسابقات والفعاليات والإطلاقات الرئيسية.
- إدارة ميزانيات الحملات والجداول الزمنية والوكالات الخارجية.
- تنسيق الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان التنفيذ السلس.
- تتبع أداء الحملات وتحسينها بناءً على البيانات والرؤى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال التسويق والاتصالات.
- خبرة في قطاع الرياضة أو الترفيه أو الإعلام أو الألعاب.
- فهم قوي للتسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمحتوى والتسويق عبر المؤثرين.
- خبرة في العمل عبر أسواق منطقة MENA (ميزة قوية).
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (مطلوب).

About The Role
As Marketing & Communications Manager - MENA, you will drive the growth of the Kings League brand across the region. Working closely with the global team, you will execute regional marketing, communications, and fan engagement initiatives that increase brand awareness, grow the community, and support the successful development of the league.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy across MENA.
- Adapt global campaigns to local markets and cultural nuances.
- Identify sports, entertainment, and cultural opportunities to maximize brand visibility.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and live activations.
- Execute the regional PR and communications strategy.
- Build relationships with media, creators, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Support media outreach, corporate communications, and reputation management.
- Assist with crisis communications when required.
- Develop initiatives that grow and engage the Kings League community.
- Coordinate local activations with creators, ambassadors, clubs, and partners.
- Support the promotion of competitions, events, and key launches.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and external agencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
- 8 years of experience in marketing, communications.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, media, gaming.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and influencer marketing.
- Experience working across MENA markets is a strong advantage.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
