شركة Stryker، الرائدة عالمياً في التقنيات الطبية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Junior Clinical Support Specialist لمنطقة الغرب، ومقرها في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المهام السريرية الروتينية بشكل مستقل، وحل المشكلات، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير.
- تحديد احتياجات العملاء بشكل استباقي.
- تصعيد الحالات المعقدة إلى أعضاء الفريق الأقدم في Stryker.
- تدقيق مخزون Stryker في المسرح (الزرعات، المستهلكات، والأدوات)، وإدارة مخزون العهدة، وضمان ممارسة جيدة لإدارة الأصول، واستخدام المخزون المسلّم، وتدوير المخزون.
- حضور الحالات وخدمة قاعدة العملاء الحالية والجديدة داخل بيئة المسرح والبيئة السريرية.
- إجراء تجارب وتقييمات للمنتجات في المسرح والبيئة السريرية حسب الحاجة.
- تقديم تدريب معمق للعاملين في المسرح وفي مجال الرعاية الصحية على منتجات Stryker.
- فهم التطبيق السريري لمنتجات Stryker الأوسع لتقديم أفضل حل ممكن للعملاء في جميع الأوقات.
- تنفيذ التدريب وتوفير الأدوات وتنفيذ أعمال Stryker الجديدة.
- تنظيم وإجراء ورشات تدريبية وفعاليات تدريبية لمجموعة واسعة من العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في مجال طبي أو حيوي أو ذي صلة.
- خبرة أولى في المجال كدعم سريري / أخصائي تطبيقات / ممرض / مهندس طبي حيوي.
- خبرة في بيئة العمل السريرية أو المسرح.
- إتقان اللغة العربية وإجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في الزرعات، جراحة العظام، أو المستهلكات الطبية (مفضلة).

What you will do:
Required:
- Independently managing routine clinical tasks, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliances.
- Proactively identifies client's needs.
- Escalates complex cases to Stryker’s senior team members.
- Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock, and stock rotation.
- Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment
- Conducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required
- Providing theatre and wider HCP staff within depth training on Stryker products
- Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to offer customers the best possible solution at all times
- Implementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business
- Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field.
- A first experience in the field as clinical support/ application specialist, nurse or biomedical engineer.
- Experience in clinical, theatre work environment
- Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
- Valid KSA driving license.
- Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
