شركة Olgoonik Corporation تعلن عن وظيفة مساعد نقل (Transportation Assistant) في منطقة مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد ملصقات التجهيز (staging labels) ووضعها على البضائع، وضمان تحميلها في المعدات المناسبة.
- تعيين أرقام الأختام لكل شحنة محلية لضمان أمن البضائع وعدم العبث بها أثناء النقل.
- مراقبة الشحنة من وقت مغادرة السائق للمستودع حتى استلامها في الوجهة.
- التوقيع على بوليصة الشحن (Bill of Lading) بعد وضع الختم المحكم على باب المعدة.
- التأكد من تسجيل جميع الشحنات المحلية في التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية.
- الحفاظ على جدول بيانات (spreadsheet) لتقارير الشحنات المحلية للمساءلة.
- التوقيع على إثبات التسليم (proof of delivery) من المستلم في تاريخ التسليم.
- ملاحظة: لا توجد مسؤوليات إشرافية مرتبطة بهذه الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في وكالة الدفاع اللوجستية (Defense Logistics Agency - DLA).
- خبرة سابقة في مجال النقل أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو الدعم الإداري.
- معرفة بالطرق المحلية ولوائح النقل.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو درجة البكالوريوس.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- القدرة على الوقوف والمشي والجلوس واستخدام اليدين والأصابع للتعامل مع الأشياء والأدوات، وصعود السلالم، والانحناء، والركوع، ورفع وحمل أثقال تصل إلى 50 رطلاً (حوالي 23 كجم) عند الحاجة.
- القيام بالمهام في بيئة عمل داخلية وخارجية (مستودع) بالإضافة إلى بيئة مكتبية.
- يشترط استمرار التوظيف على إثبات اللياقة للعمل من قبل هيئة سوق العمل السعودية (LMRA) من خلال إكمال الفحص الطبي في المستشفى المعتمد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إدارة السلامة ضمن قطاع التصنيع مع معرفة بمعايير السلامة في المصانع والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- امتلاك شهادة HSE (الصحة والسلامة والبيئة) سارية المفعول وشهادات مهنية ذات صلة.
- الجنسية السعودية والإلمام باللوائح المحلية للسلامة والإجراءات الحكومية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مستوى عالٍ) مع مهارات تواصل قوية.
- المسؤولية عن التنسيق بين المصنع والجهات الحكومية في مجال السلامة لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على إظهار موقف إيجابي تجاه العمل والفريق.
- القدرة على تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة مثل: skid steer, backhoe, mini-excavator, loader, trencher وغيرها.

Overview
The Transportation Assistant shall provide for the arrangement of material movement of commercial carrier pick-up and delivery. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of transportation activities to ensure safe, timely, and efficient movement of staff, materials, or passengers. A high level of English proficiency is essential for this role.
Primary Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepares staging labels to be placed on cargo, ensuring it is loaded in the proper equipment.
- Assigns seal numbers to each domestic shipment to ensure the cargo is secure and not tampered with while in transit.
- Monitors shipment from time the driver leaves the warehouse until receipt of shipment at destination.
- Processed Bill of landing is signed once the bolted seal is placed in the door of the equipment.
- Ensures that all domestic shipments are noted in the weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Maintains spreadsheet on domestic shipment reports for accountability.
- Signs proof of delivery from the receiver on the delivery date.
- There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.
- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) experience preferred.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative support
- Knowledge of local routes and transportation regulations.
- High School diploma/ bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in safety management within the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of factory safety standards and operational processes.
- Possess a valid HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) certificate and relevant professional certifications.
- Saudi national, familiar with local safety regulations and government procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Responsible for safety liaison between the factory and government departments to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as emergency response capabilities.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and the team.
- Ability to operate skid steer, backhoe, mini-excavator, loader, trencher, etc.
- Valid Driver’s License
