تعلن فنادق ميركيور (Mercure Hotels) بالتعاون مع برنامج تميز (Tamayyaz) عن توفر وظيفة وكيل حجوزات (Reservation Agent) في منطقة مكة المكرمة، للسعوديين فقط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تميز هو برنامج تطوير التوطين الذي يمكّن المواهب السعودية من اكتساب المهارات والمعرفة اللازمة لمختلف المهن في مجال الضيافة خلال إطار زمني محدد، من خلال مزيج من التعلم الصفي والتدريب العملي على رأس العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعامل مع استفسارات الحجوزات الواردة عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والمنصات الإلكترونية بلطف واحترافية.
- معالجة وتأكيد الحجوزات بدقة، مع تدوين جميع تفضيلات وطلبات النزلاء.
- الاطلاع الدائم على خدمات الفندق ومرافقه والمعالم السياحية المحلية لتزويد النزلاء بمعلومات دقيقة.
- التعاون مع مكتب الاستقبال والإدارات الأخرى لضمان تجربة سلسة للنزلاء من الحجز حتى المغادرة.
- إدارة وحل أي مشكلات أو شكاوى متعلقة بالحجوزات بفعالية وكفاءة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الوظيفة متاحة للسعوديين فقط (برنامج تميز).
- قبول المرشحين ذوي الخبرة العملية القليلة أو المعدومة، بما في ذلك الخريجون الجدد ومن لديهم خبرة عملية لا تتجاوز 6 أشهر.
- القدرة على العمل بجدول مرن حسب احتياجات القسم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات أساسية في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- شغف قوي بمجال الضيافة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- روح الفريق والتعاون الاستباقي مع الزملاء.
- القدرة على التركيز على احتياجات النزلاء مع الحفاظ على الهدوء واللباقة دائمًا.

Job Description
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest preferences and requests are noted.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Manage and resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
