نبذة عن الوظيفة
حيـاكم هي منصة سعودية متخصصة في الدعوات الرقمية وإدارة الفعاليات، مصممة حول الثقافة المحلية والضيافة. تتيح للمستخدمين إنشاء دعوات أنيقة، وإدارة قوائم الضيوف، وتتبع تأكيد الحضور عبر QR، واكتشاف أماكن الفعاليات من خلال تطبيق متكامل. يدعم النظام مجموعة واسعة من المناسبات من العائلات والأفراح إلى المؤتمرات. متاح على متجرَي آبل وغوغل بلاي. يبحث الفريق عن مصمم محتوى وتسويق رقمي بدوام كامل يخطط ويبتكر ويحسّن المحتوى الرقمي عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومتاجر التطبيقات والقنوات الأخرى لتعزيز الوعي بالعلامة التجارية وزيادة التفاعل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم محتوى مرئي ونصي يركز على اللغة العربية للحملات التسويقية.
- تحرير وصيانة المحتوى داخل التطبيق.
- التعاون مع فريقي المنتج والتسويق لضمان اتساق الرسائل والعلامة التجارية.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وتحليلها، وإجراء أبحاث حول الجمهور والسوق.
- تطوير المحتوى والحملات بناءً على البيانات وملاحظات المستخدمين.
- المساهمة في صياغة صوت العلامة التجارية لحيـاكم بما يتوافق مع الثقافة السعودية واحتياجات المستخدمين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في تصميم المحتوى وإدارته، بما في ذلك إنشاء وتنظيم الأصول المرئية والنصية للمنصات الرقمية.
- خبرة في استراتيجية المحتوى والبحث لتخطيط الحملات وفهم الجمهور ومواءمة المحتوى مع أهداف العمل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، مع القدرة على التعاون عبر الفرق والتعبير عن الأفكار بوضوح بالعربية والإنجليزية.
- إتقان أدوات التصميم والتسويق (مثل Adobe Creative Cloud و Canva ومنصات إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأدوات التحليل).
- خلفية في التسويق الرقمي أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو التواصل مع العلامات التجارية، ويفضل في تطبيقات المستهلك أو الشركات الناشئة التقنية.
- فهم الثقافة السعودية والمناسبات والضيافة، مع شغف بإنشاء محتوى ملائم ثقافياً.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو التصميم أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام هجين في الرياض، وإدارة الوقت بفعالية، والتكيف مع بيئة سريعة ومتطورة.

Role Description The Digital Marketing & Content Designer is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing digital content across social media, app stores, and other online channels to grow brand awareness and user engagement. Day-to-day tasks include designing Arabic-first visual and written content for campaigns, editing and maintaining content within the app, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, conducting audience and market research, and iterating on content and campaigns based on data and user feedback. The Digital Marketing & Content Designer will help shape the brand voice of Hayakm and ensure that all content aligns with Saudi culture and user needs.

Qualifications
- Strong Content Design and Content Management skills, including creating and organizing visual and written assets for digital platforms.
- Experience with Content Strategy and Research to plan campaigns, understand audiences, and align content with business goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and express ideas clearly in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency with design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, social media management platforms, analytics tools).
- Background in digital marketing, social media, or brand communication, preferably within consumer apps or tech startups.
- Understanding of Saudi culture, events, and hospitality, with a passion for creating culturally relevant content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Riyadh, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
