CCL Global is seeking for a Field engineer- DV Tool and Stage cementing expertise for a full time role based in Al Khobar.

Senior Field Engineer is responsible for:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute DV Tool and stage cementing operations for onshore and offshore wells.
• Review well programs, casing designs, and cementing procedures to ensure operational readiness.
• Lead field operations during mobilization, rig-up, testing, running, activation, cementing, and retrieval activities.
• Verify equipment readiness through inspection, function testing, pressure testing, and quality control checks.
• Provide technical guidance to field personnel during critical operations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper installation, activation, and verification of DV tools, stage collars, and associated completion equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues while minimizing non-productive time (NPT).
• Maintain full compliance with HSE policies, client procedures, and industry standards.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, toolbox talks, and post-job debriefs.
• Prepare accurate operational reports, failure investigations, lessons learned, and technical recommendations.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Complying with Quality Standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of oilfield experience, with significant expertise in DV Tool and stage cementing operations.
• Proven experience executing complex casing running and stage cementing projects in both onshore and offshore environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• DV Tools
• Stage cementing equipment
• Casing accessories
• Cementing operations
• Well construction and completion practices
• Pressure testing and quality assurance
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting downhole tool failures and leading corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret well schematics, technical drawings, and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on rotational field assignments.
• Level of degree: Vocational Degree, University Degree, Associate Degree or alike
• Type of degree: Engineering, Geological discipline, Mechanics, Electronics or alike
• Language requirements: English
