تعلن Insight Global عن توفر وظيفة مدرب في مدرسة الأسلحة الاستخبارية (Intelligence Weapons School Instructor) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التدريب على مهارات الاستخبارات والاستخبارات والمراقبة والاستطلاع (ISR) بما في ذلك المهارات الأساسية والمتقدمة.
- إجراء تقييمات الاحتياجات التدريبية وتطوير المناهج التدريبية.
- نقل التكنولوجيا والخبرات المتعلقة بمجال الاستخبارات لصالح المملكة العربية السعودية في مدرسة الأسلحة السعودية بالدمام.
- توفير فهم شامل للمهارات المرتبطة بـ ISR مثل: الاستخبارات التشغيلية، الاستهداف والتسليح، تقدير أضرار المعركة، تقدير الأضرار الجانبية، القياس الدقيق للنقاط، دعم الاستخبارات لوحدات الطائرات المأهولة والموجهة عن بعد، تحليل الصور/الجيospatial، تخطيط حملات ISR، تطوير وإدارة قوات ISR، المعالجة والاستغلال والنشر، إدارة التجميع، تخطيط وإدارة التمارين المركزة على ISR، استخدام وصيانة أنظمة ISR، دعم ISR لتكامل الجو-أرض (AGI)، ودعم ISR للسيبر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- جواز سفر أمريكي مدني (US civilian passport).
- خريج من مدرسة أسلحة القوات الجوية الأمريكية (USAF Weapons School) و/أو مدرب في مدرسة الأسلحة - رقعة استخباراتية/سرب استخبارات (19th WPS) (Intelligence).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل على أنشطة الاستهداف/التسليح على المستوى العملياتي/التكتيكي، مع خبرة في تخطيط العمليات الجوية مع التركيز على اختيار ودراسة الأهداف.
- خلفية سابقة كاستخباراتي 14N أو طيار F-15.
- خبرة عملياتية في تقديم الدعم الاستخباراتي للوحدات الجوية النشطة.
- تصريح أمني سري (Secret Clearance).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات استخبارات/استخبارات ومراقبة واستطلاع (ISR) أساسية/تأسيسية.
- الاستخبارات التشغيلية (Operational Intelligence).
- الاستهداف والتسليح (Targeting and Weaponeering).
- تقدير أضرار المعركة (Battle Damage Assessment).
- تقدير الأضرار الجانبية (Collateral Damage Estimation).
- القياس الدقيق للنقاط (Precision Point Mensuration).
- قياس نقاط الأهداف (Target Point Mensuration).
- دعم الاستخبارات لعمليات وحدات الطائرات المأهولة والموجهة عن بعد.
- تحليل الصور/الجيospatial (Imagery/Geospatial Analysis).
- تخطيط عمليات/حملات ISR (ISR Operations/Campaign Planning).
- تطوير وإدارة قوات الاستخبارات/ISR (Intel/ISR Force Development and Management).
- المعالجة والاستغلال والنشر (Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination).
- إدارة التجميع (Collection Management).
- تخطيط وإدارة التمارين المركزة على الاستخبارات/ISR (Intel/ISR-Centric Exercise Planning and Management).
- الاستخدام التشغيلي/صيانة أنظمة الاستخبارات/ISR.
- دعم ISR لتكامل الجو-أرض (Air to Ground Integration - AGI).
- دعم ISR للسيبر (ISR Support to Cyber).

Required Skills & Experience
* US civilian passport
* USAF Weapons School graduate and/or Weapons School Instructor - Intel Patch/Intel Squadron (19th WPS) (Intelligence)
* 5 years' experience working operational/tactical level targeting/weaponeering activities; experience in Air Operations Planning with a focus on target selection and study
* Must be prior intelligence 14N or F-15 Pilot
* Operational experience providing intelligence support to active flying units.
* Secret Clearance
Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking Weapons School Instructors to accomplish all but not limited to the following: Intelligence/ISR-related skills training, Training needs assessments, courseware development, and technology transfer required by The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the Saudi Weapons school in Dammam Saudi Arabia.
The instructor should have the experience and communication skills necessary to provide a thorough understanding of ISR-related skills included, but not limited to the following:
