تعلن شركة Asmacs-Qatar عن توفر وظيفة Storekeeper في السعودية (عقد 6 أشهر إلى سنة في مشروع نفط وغاز). الفرصة متاحة للمرشحين الهنود فقط. تاريخ النشر: 17 يوليو 2026.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام وفحص وتخزين المواد بشكل آمن وفعال.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات المخزون في نظام ERP، مع ضمان الدقة والتحديث المستمر.
  • صرف المواد بناءً على طلب الصرف (MR) وتحديث النظام وفقاً لذلك.
  • التنسيق مع المشرف الأول لإعداد طلبات الشراء (PR).
  • إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون والإبلاغ عن الفروقات للإدارة.
  • ضمان ظروف التخزين المناسبة ووضع العلامات على المواد.
  • التعاون مع أمين المستودع الأول لضمان تجديد المخزون في الوقت المناسب.
  • إصدار تصاريح الخروج / قوائم التعبئة (Packing Slip).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الفرصة متاحة للمرشحين الهنود فقط.
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في أي تخصص (يفضل تخصصات البتروكيماويات أو الكيمياء أو التعدين).
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال النفط والغاز أو المصفاة أو ما يعادلها.
  • شهادة MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) بمستوى خبير.
  • الراتب قابل للتفاوض بالريال السعودي.

SAUDI ARABIA - REQUIRED FOR REPUTED COMPANY

(OIL & GAS PROJECT - 06 MONTHS TO 01 YEAR CONTRACT)

STOREKEEPER - 10 NOS

  • Experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery or equivalent, must have Certificate in MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certificate in expert level. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma, Petrochemical, Chemical & Mining.
  • Receive, inspect, and store materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain stock records in ERP, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date inventory tracking.
  • Issue materials based on a MR and update the system accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Senior Supervisor for making PR.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and labeling materials.
  • Collaborate with Senior Storekeeper for timely inventory replenishment.
  • Issuing gate pass/ Packing Slip
