WellVantage هي منصة عافية مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي تعمل بنموذج B2B + B2C، وتساعد الصالات الرياضية واستوديوهات البيلاتس وشركات اللياقة البدنية على تبسيط العمليات وتحسين الاحتفاظ بالأعضاء وخلق فرص إيرادات جديدة من خلال تطبيق عميل حديث يحمل العلامة البيضاء (white-labelled).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- البحث عن الصالات الرياضية ومراكز اللياقة البدنية واستوديوهات البيلاتس وشركات العافية والتواصل معها.
- شرح كيفية تحسين WellVantage للعمليات ومشاركة الأعضاء والاحتفاظ بهم.
- إغلاق الاشتراكات الجديدة بشكل مستقل أو بدعم من الفريق.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد وكسب عمولات متكررة على كل عميل يتم ضمه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في بيع الخدمات للصالات الرياضية أو مراكز اللياقة البدنية أو شركات العافية.
- شبكة علاقات قوية في قطاع اللياقة البدنية (ميزة إضافية قوية).
- دوافع ذاتية عالية والقدرة على العمل بنظام الأرباح المرتبطة بالأداء.
- امتلاك مركبة خاصة (دراجة/سيارة) يفضل العمل الميداني.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage gyms, fitness centres, Pilates studios, and wellness businesses.
- Demonstrate how WellVantage improves operations, member engagement, and retention.
- Close new subscriptions independently or with support from our team.
- Build long-term relationships and earn recurring commissions on every customer you onboard.
Compensation
- Limited base pay
- Up to 50% recurring lifetime commission per customer
- Subscription-based recurring income
- No earning cap-the more businesses you onboard, the more you earn
Ideal Candidate
- Experience selling to gyms, fitness centres, or wellness businesses
- Existing network in the fitness industry is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based earnings
- Own vehicle (bike/car) preferred for field sales
