تعلن شركة Exact Technical Solutions Company عن توفر وظيفة محلل مالي (Financial Analyst) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن محلل مالي ذو مهارات تحليلية عالية ودقة في التفاصيل، مع خبرة قوية في Power BI و Power Query وأدوات التقارير المالية. سيدعم وظيفة المالية من خلال تطوير لوحات معلومات ديناميكية، وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات، وتحليل الأداء المالي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية، مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، ولوحات المعلومات باستخدام Power BI و Power Query.
  • دعم مراجعات الأداء المالي الشهرية والربعية وتحليل الفروقات.
  • تطوير وصيانة نماذج الميزانيات وقوالب التنبؤ بالتنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام.
  • المساعدة في بناء نماذج مالية لتحليل السيناريوهات، تقييم المشاريع، ومراقبة التكاليف.
  • إنشاء لوحات معلومات تفاعلية وتقارير مرئية لتوفير رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ للإدارة العليا.
  • أتمتة التقارير المتكررة باستخدام Power BI و Power Query و Excel.
  • الحفاظ على سلامة البيانات واتساقها عبر الأنظمة والتقارير المالية.
  • ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات المالية للشركة، الضوابط الداخلية، ومتطلبات التدقيق.
  • المساعدة في أنشطة إغلاق الشهر والسنة، التسويات، وإعداد التقارير.
  • دعم المراجعات الخارجية وتوفير الجداول والمستندات اللازمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، أو مجال ذي صلة (شهادة CMA أو ACCA أو CPA مفضلة).
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال المقاولات أو الصناعة القائمة على المشاريع.
  • معرفة بمعايير SOCPA/IFRS (مستحبة).
  • خبرة في العمل مع مشاريع البناء أو الصيانة أو الخدمات الصناعية (مستحبة).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان متقدم في Power BI و Power Query و Excel (الجداول المحورية، وحدات الماكرو).
  • معرفة عملية بأنظمة ERP (مثل JD Edwards، SAP، Oracle).
  • تفكير تحليلي قوي، دقة في التفاصيل، ومهارات حل المشكلات.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة للعمل عبر الأقسام.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Query, and financial reporting tools. The ideal candidate will support the Finance function through development of dynamic dashboards, budgeting and forecasting, and analysis of financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting models and forecasting templates in coordination with department heads.
  • Assist in building financial models for scenario analysis, project evaluation, and cost control.
  • Dashboard & Data Management
  • Create interactive dashboards and visual reports to provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Automate recurring reports using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports.
  • Compliance and Controls
  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Support external audits and provide necessary schedules and documentation.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CMA / ACCA / CPA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably in a contracting or project-based industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work across departments.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of SOCPA/IFRS standards.
  • Experience working with construction, maintenance, or industrial services projects.
