تعلن جامعة الأمير سلطان (الرياض) عن فتح باب التقديم لشغل وظيفة محاضر/مدرب لغة إنجليزية (للرجال) في برنامج السنة التحضيرية للعام الأكاديمي 2026-2027. التقديم متاح حتى 31 أغسطس 2026، على أن يبدأ فوراً عند استكمال الطلبات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريس 20 ساعة اتصال في الفصل الدراسي.
  • المساهمة في الأهداف الأكاديمية والتطويرية للبرنامج التحضيري، بما في ذلك تطوير المناهج والتقييم واللجان والتطوير المهني وأنشطة دعم الطلاب.
  • استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليمية ونظم المعلومات بفعالية في التدريس والتقييم وإدارة المقررات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حمل درجة الماجستير في TESOL أو اللغويات التطبيقية أو تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية أو مجال وثيق الصلة.
  • حمل درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية أو مجال ذي صلة مع مؤهل تدريس معترف به بعد التخرج (مثل CELTA أو ما يعادله).
  • الحصول على الدرجات الأكاديمية من جامعة معتمدة ودراستها بنظام الانتظام الكامل.
  • خبرة ذات صلة في تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية على مستوى الجامعة أو البرامج التأسيسية/التحضيرية، ويفضل أن تشمل مستويات A1-B1 من الإطار الأوروبي المرجعي المشترك.
  • خبرة في تدريس متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في السعودية أو الخليج، أو فهم واضح لسياقات اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية.
  • إتقان عالٍ للغة الإنجليزية (نطقاً وكتابةً) حيث أن جميع التدريس والتقييم والإرشاد الأكاديمي يتم باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • تقديم خطاب تغطية وسيرة ذاتية وشهادات البكالوريوس والماجستير وكشف الدرجات وأسماء مرجعين اثنين.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين وإدارة الفصل الدراسي مناسبة لفصول متنوعة ومتفاوتة القدرات.
  • القدرة على استخدام التكنولوجيا التعليمية ونظم المعلومات بفعالية في التدريس والتقييم وإدارة المقررات.

Job Summary

The Preparatory Year Program (PYP) at Prince Sultan University is inviting qualifiedcandidates to apply for the following faculty positions for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

  • PYP - English Lecturer/Instructor (Male)

Applicants Are Expected To

  • Hold a Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English or related field and a recognized postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA or equivalent)
  • Have earned their academic degree(s) from an accredited university, completed on-site as a full-time student.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience teaching English at the university or foundation/preparatory program level, preferably across A1-B1 CEFR levels.
  • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills suitable for diverse and mixed-ability classrooms.
  • Experience teaching Saudi or Gulf-region EFL learners, or demonstrated understanding of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) contexts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use educational technology and information systems effectively in teaching, assessment, and course management.
  • Contribute to the academic and developmental goals of the Preparatory Program, including curriculum development, assessment, committees, professional development, and student support activities.
  • teach 20 contact hours per semester.
  • Be highly proficient in English, with an excellent standard of spoken and written communication, as all teaching, assessment, and academic advising are conducted in English.

About The Preparatory Year Program (pyp)

The Preparatory Year Program is a vibrant, energetic, one-year program that bridges the gap between high school and higher education. In the PYP, students develop the numerical, linguistic, digital, practical, and study skills necessary to succeed at the college level as required by academic discipline. On a daily basis, students engage with a diverse group of highly experienced and enthusiastic faculty members and administrative staff. During the one-year program, PYP students are encouraged to immerse themselves in a range of academic and extracurricular activities in a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

Salary And Benefits

The University is continuously expanding, and its campus is located in north-central Riyadh.

  • We offer a one-year renewable contract (renewable subject to Dean/Director and student evaluations) and a competitive salary package based on academic qualification, rank, and teaching experience as stated above.
  • Other benefits include: medical insurance coverage for the employee & dependents residing within the Kingdom, (spouse & 4 children below 24 years of age);
  • Transport allowance;
  • Round-trip tickets (maximum 4: employee, spouse, and 2 children below 18 years of age) for annual leave with paid annual (summer) vacation of two (2) months, plus 2 local paid holidays of about 15 days each (as applicable);
  • Tuition fees of up to 30,000 Saudi Riyals for children attending school within the Kingdom. Details will be specified in the contract.
  • Free, furnished accommodation plus essential utilities and maintenance will be provided, subject to availability, OR the successful candidate will be provided a housing allowance based on academic rank.
  • End-of-service yearly gratuity, which starts on the 2nd year of continuous service (if the candidate has completed a minimum of 2 years).
