المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير واعتماد واعتماد الإجراءات.
  • وضع واعتماد التقنيات، وتفسير المعايير والمواصفات والإجراءات.
  • تحديد طرق NDE وتقنياتها وإجراءاتها المستخدمة.
  • تفسير وتقييم نتائج عمليات NDE وفق المعايير والمواصفات الحالية.
  • وضع التقنيات والمساعدة في وضع معايير القبول في حال عدم توفرها.
  • مراجعة وشراء معدات NDE بناءً على متطلبات الشركة والعميل.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى تُسند إليه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع شهادة المستوى الثالث (Level III) معتمدة من ASNT أو PCN أو جهة اعتماد معترف بها في مجالات LPI و MPI و UT.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال NDE.
  • معرفة جيدة بالمنتجات ذات الصلة والمعايير الفنية والمواصفات.
  • معرفة جيدة بأساليب NDE وتشغيل أجهزة NDE.
  • مهارات قوية في التحقيق وحل المشكلات.
  • إجادة استخدامMicrosoft Office.
  • معرفة استخدام نظام ERP.

Responsibilities

  • - Develop, qualify and approve procedures.
  • - Establish and approve techniques, interpret codes, standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • - Designate the particular NDE methods, techniques, and procedures to be used.
  • - Interpret and evaluate results of the NDE operations in terms of existing codes, standards, and specifications.
  • - Establish techniques and assist in establishing acceptance criteria when none are otherwise available.
  • - Review and purchase NDE equipment based on company and customer requirement.
  • - Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • - Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline, with Certified Level III in ASNT or PCN or recognized certified body for LPI, MPI and UT.
  • - Minimum 3 years of working experience in NDE.
  • - Good knowledge with relevant product, technical standards and codes.
  • - Good knowledge of NDE methods and operation of NDE Machine.
  • - Strong investigation and problem-solving skills
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
  • - Knowledge of using ERP system.
