تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO)، وهي شركة متعددة التخصصات مقرها المملكة العربية السعودية وتقدم خدمات معمارية وهندسية وتخطيطية واستشارية متكاملة، عن حاجتها إلى مهندس صوتيات (Acoustical Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة والإشراف على جميع أعمال التصميم والإنشاء الصوتي خلال مراحل المشروع
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع والكودات والمعايير ومتطلبات الجودة المتعلقة بالأنظمة الصوتية
- التحقق من الحسابات الصوتية والمحاكاة والتحليلات الفنية باستخدام التطبيقات البرمجية المتخصصة
- مراجعة رسومات التصميم الصوتي ورسومات التنفيذ (shop drawings) ومستندات ترسية المواد والوثائق الفنية
- إجراء التفتيش وتقييمات مراقبة الجودة للتركيبات الصوتية وأعمال الإنشاء
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP) والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح
- تقديم التوصيات الفنية وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم الصوتي وأعمال الإنشاء
- تقييم وتفتيش أعمال المقاولين وضمان الامتثال للتصميمات والمواصفات المعتمدة
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والملاحظات الميدانية وتقارير التفتيش والتوصيات
- دعم مراجعة وتقييم أوامر التغيير وطلبات التعديل والتعديلات على المشروع
- ضمان التنفيذ السليم للحلول الصوتية للفصول الدراسية والقاعات والمسرحيات وقاعات الندوات وقاعات المؤتمرات والمساجد والمرافق المماثلة
- مراجعة متطلبات تكامل أنظمة الصوت والفيديو المتقدمة (audio-visual) وأنظمة التحكم المتعلقة بالأداء الصوتي
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو هندسة الصوت أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاءات ومشاريع الهندسة الصوتية
- يمكن النظر في المرشحين السعوديين بشرط خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة
- خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن بيئة استشارات هندسية مطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ التصميم الصوتي ومنهجيات الإنشاء وإجراءات التفتيش ومراقبة الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة
- إتقان برامج النمذجة الصوتية والمحاكاة والتحليل
- خبرة في التصميم الصوتي لمنشآت التعليم والدين والتجارة والتجمعات العامة
- الإلمام بأنظمة الصوت والفيديو المتقدمة وتكامل أنظمة التحكم
- مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير الفنية والتواصل والتنسيق
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ تفضيل للمتحدثين باللغة العربية

We are currently looking for a highly qualified Acoustical Engineer to join our team in Dammam.

We are currently looking for a highly qualified Acoustical Engineer to join our team in Dammam.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise all acoustical design and construction works throughout project phases
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements related to acoustical systems
- Verify acoustical calculations, simulations, and technical analyses using specialized software applications
- Review acoustical design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
- Conduct inspections and quality control assessments for acoustical installations and construction activities
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical recommendations and resolve acoustical design and construction-related issues
- Evaluate and inspect contractor work and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
- Prepare technical reports, site observations, inspection reports, and recommendations
- Support the review and assessment of variation orders, change requests, and project modifications
- Ensure proper implementation of acoustical solutions for classrooms, auditoriums, seminar halls, conference rooms, mosques, and similar facilities
- Review advanced audio-visual and control system integration requirements related to acoustical performance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Sound Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction supervision and acoustical engineering projects
- Saudi Nationals may be considered with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working within a consulting engineering environment is required
- Strong knowledge of acoustical design principles, construction methodologies, inspection procedures, quality control, and safety requirements
- Proficiency in acoustical modeling, simulation, and analysis software
- Experience in acoustical design for educational, religious, commercial, and public assembly facilities
- Familiarity with advanced audio-visual systems and control systems integration
- Strong technical reporting, communication, and coordination skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
