What Your Role Will Be

The Medical Manager - Middle East will lead the medical strategy and scientific engagement and execution for our AI powered platform powered by our Vision AI technology across the Middle East. This role bridges clinical innovation and digital health, ensuring AI-driven digital screening, triage and digital therapeutic tools are effectively integrated into transformative clinical practice.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience as medical manager for at least The Saudi market with preference to strong medical background in cardiology, digital health, and regional healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the regional medical strategy for AI-based cardiovascular & respiratory AI powered screening technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access) to align medical objectives with business goals.
• Provide medical input into product development, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
• Liaise with potential customers and partners to clarify and expand opportunities for commercial success and growth.

Scientific Engagement & Education

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and academic institutions.
• Organize and lead advisory boards, scientific symposia, and educational events.
• Deliver scientific presentations and training to internal and external stakeholders.

Clinical & Real-World Evidence

• Support the design and execution of clinical trials and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
• Interpret and communicate clinical data to demonstrate product value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with data science teams to validate AI algorithms and diagnostic accuracy.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Lead local regulatory submissions and coordinate with local authorities for clinical credentials
• Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Provide medical review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.

Digital Health Integration

• Act as subject matter expert for clinicians evaluating digital transformation initiatives.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI diagnostics in clinical workflows.
• Partner with digital health platforms, telemedicine providers, and health systems to drive implementation.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI, digital biomarkers, and cardiovascular diagnostics.

What We Are Looking For

Must-haves Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• A Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) is a must have. A specialization or experience in cardiology or preventive care is preferred.
• A must have 3 years of minimum experience as medical affairs manager in a progressive multinational company. A track record in clinical development, or digital health is a plus.
• Experience in KSA market is a must. Exposure to the rest of markets in Middle East is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of cardiovascular diseases and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare and digital health ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a must.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with AI/ML-based diagnostic tools or digital health platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement pathways for digital health in the Middle East.
• Passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology.
