Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our contracting company in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in finishing works, interior decorations, and site execution follow-up. This position requires high proficiency in engineering drawing software to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in finishing works, interior decorations, and site execution.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian building codes and construction practices.

Skills:

• Excellent technical and artistic ability in finishing and interior design.
• High proficiency in architectural software.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
