Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Must currently reside in Riyadh )

About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary, highly accomplished, and Riyadh-based Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the medical strategy, clinical operations, and governance of our brand-new, state-of-the-art private hospital.

As a licensed Medical Doctor with extensive leadership experience, you will play a pivotal role in commissioning the hospital from scratch-shaping clinical workflows, recruiting top-tier medical talent

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the medical planning, clinical zoning, and procurement of medical equipment from the ground up. Define and implement clinical workflows, policies, bylaws, and procedures prior to launch.

-Lead the recruitment, credentialing, and privileging of a high-caliber medical team (Consultants, Specialists, and Resident Doctors) both locally and internationally.

-Optimize clinical resource allocation, manage the medical budget, and collaborate with the executive team to ensure financial viability without compromising care quality.

-Foster a patient-centric culture focused on clinical excellence, empathy, and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).

-  Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Medical Management (MMM), or an Executive MBA.

- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in a clinical and medical setup.
