تعلن شركة ألستوم (Alstom) عن توفر وظيفة مفتش جودة - عربات السكك الحديدية (Quality Inspector - Rolling Stock) بدوام كامل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل على ضمان جودة أنشطة التعديل التحديثي لعربات السكك الحديدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على نظام الجودة وضمان تطبيقه الصارم في الموقع.
- دعم الفرق لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية الفنية لترقيات عربات السكك الحديدية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف بشأن مشكلات الجودة وعمليات التفتيش الميداني وفحص المواد الواردة.
- إعداد والتحقق من سجلات الجودة وقوائم المراجعة لكل خطوة من خطوات عربات السكك الحديدية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش التعديلات التحديثية (retrofit) وإعداد طلبات الفحص والاختبار للأنشطة الميدانية.
- متابعة وحل تقارير عدم المطابقة الداخلية (NCRs) وما يرتبط بها من CONQ.
- التفاعل مع فرق جودة الموردين وإدارة تقارير عدم المطابقة الخاصة بالموردين.
- إعداد وتحديث سجلات طلبات فحص الاختبار وتقارير عدم المطابقة واختبارات المعايرة.
- معالجة شكاوى العملاء ومخاوفهم على الفور مع تقديم ردود فعل مناسبة.
- المساهمة في تنفيذ ومتابعة قائمة المهام الرئيسية (Power Master Punch List) وضمان الجاهزية لعمليات DFQ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها، ويفضل في الهندسة الكهربائية الميكانيكية.
- خبرة أو فهم جيد لأنشطة عربات السكك الحديدية والعمليات الخاصة مثل العزم (torquing)، والتجعيد (crimping)، والتثبيت (riveting)، واللصق (gluing).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS) وأدوات حل المشكلات.
- إلمام بأدوات Excel لإعداد التقارير والمتابعة.
- روح العمل الجماعي مع مهارات تنظيمية واستباقية قوية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة لتوجيه والتأثير والتعاون بفعالية مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our rolling stock retrofit activities and making a tangible impact on the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Rolling Stock Retrofit Team, Logistics Team, Construction Team, and Procurement Team), perform inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining the Quality System in line with the Alstom Quality Plan and contractual requirements, but also support the Quality Manager in monitoring quality targets and resolving quality issues.

- Maintaining the Quality System and ensuring its strict application on-site.
- Supporting teams to secure compliance with contractual technical requirements for rolling stock upgrades.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams on quality issues, site inspections, and incoming material inspections.
- Preparing and verifying quality records and checklists for each rolling stock step.
- Performing retrofit inspections and preparing inspection and test requests for site activities.
- Following up on and resolving internal site non-conformance reports (NCRs) and associated CONQ.
- Interacting with supplier quality teams and managing supplier NCRs.
- Preparing and updating registers for inspection testing requests, non-conformance reports, and calibration tests.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly with appropriate feedback.
- Contributing to the implementation and follow-up of the Power Master Punch List (MPL) and ensuring readiness for DFQ processes.

- Engineering or university degree, preferably in Electromechanical Engineering.
- Experience or understanding of rolling stock activities and special processes such as torquing, crimping, riveting, and gluing.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and problem-solving tools.
- Familiarity with Excel tools for reporting and tracking purposes.
- A team spirit approach with strong organizational and reactive skills.
- Excellent communication skills to guide, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
