About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our dynamic team at بيوت السعودية. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, sales, and leasing activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and property management systems.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.

• Oversee daily operations of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with clients, investors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coordinate property marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants and buyers.
• Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
