About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our dynamic team at بيوت السعودية. Qualifications

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and property management systems.

- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

- Manage relationships with clients, investors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Coordinate property marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants and buyers.
- Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
