شركة علم تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Specialist في الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة إعداد التقارير الأداء الاستراتيجي، والنمذجة المالية، وتقديم المشورة المتخصصة في الزكاة والضرائب وإدارة المخاطر لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة وفقاً لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تحسين تقارير الأداء وعرض النتائج والتوصيات على الإدارة العليا.
- إعداد لوحات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI) للإدارة العليا وإجراء مراجعات دورية لعمليات إعداد التقارير بهدف تحسينها.
- بناء نماذج مالية ديناميكية لتحليل السيناريوهات والتوقعات، وتقديم الرؤى لدعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية.
- إعداد تقارير مالية رفيعة المستوى للفريق التنفيذي ومجلس الإدارة، مع تلخيص المعلومات المعقدة إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تقديم توصيات استراتيجية بناءً على التحليل المالي، والعمل كحلقة وصل بين الإدارة المالية والإدارات الأخرى.
- تيسير ورش عمل دورية بين الأقسام حول الوعي المالي، وتطوير قوالب موحدة للتقارير المالية للإدارات الأخرى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
