JOB OBJECTIVES:

The EFL Instructor is responsible for delivering knowledge and skills training in English as a Foreign Language, offered in accordance with the approved curriculum and ARX policies and procedures. The job is located across various regions in KSA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and deliver pedagogically sound lessons relevant to the Faculty’s KPI.
• Participate in the preparation, correction and assessment of examination papers and assignments, and invigilation of examination.
• Monitor and enforce student attendance.
• Participate in the counselling, remediation, and administration of student.
• Participate in the ongoing review and development of curriculum content, teaching methods and methods of student assessment.
• Maintain and develop professional competence through active engagement in professional development activities provided by the College.
• Undertake other duties as required by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics from an accredited university.
• EFL/ESL Teaching Certification (TESOL / CELTA / DELTA / TEFL).
• Candidates with a PGCE or equivalent professional teaching qualification will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience developing innovative teaching and learning materials and resources.
• Non-native English speakers must have a minimum IELTS overall band score of 7.5.

• Well-developed skills in teaching technology such as Blackboard, and Brightspace.
• Advanced problem-solving skill.
• Advanced level in communication and Interpersonal Skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Knowledge in completing administrative tasks to a high standard.
