The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance The One Clinics’ brand presence, increase patient acquisition, and support business growth.

The role includes managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn, while monitoring campaign performance, budgets, leads, and return on investment.

The Marketing Manager will develop clear monthly and annual marketing plans, content calendars, promotional campaigns, and strategies to achieve the clinic’s marketing objectives.

The role also involves overseeing daily social media activities, including Instagram and Snapchat stories, content planning, reels, videos, educational content, promotional content, and coordinating with photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining The One Clinics’ brand identity across all marketing channels and ensuring consistency in the clinic’s visual identity and communication.

The position requires leading and developing the marketing team by setting clear responsibilities, KPIs, performance targets, and development plans, as well as providing training, guidance, and performance follow-up.

The Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Call Center team by providing training on marketing campaigns, offers, lead handling, customer communication, and lead conversion to appointments.

In addition, the role includes managing and developing The One Clinics’ LinkedIn presence through professional content related to the clinic, doctors, medical services, achievements, team members, and corporate announcements.
