Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote the brand, services, and initiatives. The role involves market research, content creation, digital and traditional marketing, and performance analysis to ensure the alignment of marketing activities with the goals of Fakeeh Care.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supports the marketing strategy by assisting in creating and executing marketing plans that align with the goals of Fakeeh Care.
- Gathers and analyzes market data, trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, identifying opportunities for growth and strategic decision-making.
- Develops, writes, and edits marketing content for various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media), ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversees and manages the social media presence, creating content, engaging with the community, and maintaining a consistent brand voice on relevant platforms.
- Assists with the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities, ensuring successful brand engagement and audience interaction.
- Works closely with internal teams (sales, design, communications) to ensure that marketing campaigns and materials.
- Tracks and reports on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics such as engagement, ROI, and lead generation, and provides recommendations for improvements.
- Maintains consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and overall identity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Provides administrative support related to marketing activities, including tracking project progress, managing budgets, and maintaining records.
- Manages and coordinates regular updates to Fakeeh Care Group websites and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Supports the execution of approved marketing plans by coordinating multi-channel campaigns aligned with Fakeeh Care Group objectives.
- Plans, coordinates, and supports the execution of Group and entity-level events, conferences, webinars, and promotional activities to ensure effective brand engagement.
- Tracks marketing campaign performance, including engagement, ROI, and lead generation, and prepares insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manages and coordinates internal communication announcements and signage across Fakeeh Care Group entities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Group messaging and brand guidelines
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Strong communication and writing skills for content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry, with experience across multiple marketing channels.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language:
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
