نقدم في بيكس للابتكار حلولاً متقدمة للأمن المادي تحمي الأشخاص والأصول والعمليات الحيوية، ونستخدم تقنيات متطورة واستراتيجيات مخصصة لكل عميل. تشمل خدماتنا أنظمة المراقبة، التحكم في الدخول، حماية المحيط، وإدارة الأمن المتكاملة. هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل، موقعية في الدمام، وتتضمن تركيب وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة الجهد المنخفض مثل كاميرات المراقبة، أنظمة التحكم في الدخول، الإنذارات، والحلول الأمنية ذات الصلة، بالإضافة إلى دعم الاتصال الشبكي لهذه الأنظمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مسوحات المواقع، وتمديد وتوصيل الكابلات، وتركيب واختبار الأجهزة.
- ضمان التكامل السليم مع البنية التحتية للشبكة.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الفنية، وإجراء الفحوصات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية.
- توثيق الأعمال المنجزة وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- التعاون مع مهندسي المشروع والمنسقين والعملاء لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد والالتزام بأنظمة السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة فنية ذات صلة في الإلكترونيات، الاتصالات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال قريب.
- خبرة في أنظمة الجهد المنخفض (ELV) مثل CCTV، التحكم في الدخول، أنظمة الإنذار، والإنتركم، وتركيبها وتكوينها وصيانتها.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية ومخططات الأسلاك وتخطيطات الأنظمة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- رخصة قيادة سارية والاستعداد للسفر إلى مواقع العملاء داخل المنطقة حسب الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات في إدارة الشبكات (Network Administration) وإدارة البنية التحتية للشبكات لأنظمة ELV والأمن.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والدعم الفني لحل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج والاتصال.
- معرفة أساسية بمبادئ أمن الشبكات (Network Security) لحماية الأنظمة الأمنية المتصلة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة، والقدرة على العمل بأمان في الموقع، والاستعداد للتنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Role Description The Technician ELV and Networking role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and related security solutions, as well as supporting network connectivity for these systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing site surveys, running and terminating cables, mounting and testing devices, and ensuring proper integration with network infrastructure. The technician will diagnose and resolve technical issues, conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and document work performed in accordance with company standards. Collaboration with project engineers, coordinators, and clients is expected to ensure timely delivery, adherence to safety regulations, and high-quality system performance.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and managing Network Infrastructure for ELV and security systems.
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Network Security principles for safeguarding connected security and surveillance systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with ELV systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, intercoms) and their installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, ability to work safely on-site, and willingness to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel to client sites within the region as needed.
