تسعى شركة Red Sea Aluminium Industrial (RSA) في ينبع، السعودية، إلى توظيف مسؤول علاقات حكومية ذي خبرة ونشاط وتركيز على التنفيذ، لدعم أنشطة الشركة في العلاقات الحكومية والامتثال التنظيمي والتراخيص والجمارك والخدمات اللوجستية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ومتابعة الإجراءات الحكومية والموافقات التنظيمية والتراخيص والتصاريح والعمليات الجمركية والوثائق الرسمية.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية المعنية وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- التشغيل المستقل وإدارة المنصات والأنظمة الحكومية الرقمية السعودية، بما في ذلك FASAH وZATCA وSABER وغيرها من المنصات ذات الصلة بالتخليص الجمركي والاستيراد/التصدير والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
- التعامل مع تسجيل الشركات واعتماد المؤهلات والتقديمات الحكومية والتصاريح والتراخيص والتجديدات والإجراءات الرسمية الأخرى.
- الإلمام بإجراءات التخليص الجمركي والاستيراد في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويفضل خبرة في استيراد وتخليص الشاحنات التجارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو النقل أو التخليص الجمركي.
- معرفة قوية باللوائح والإجراءات الحكومية السعودية المتعلقة بوزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية والبلديات والجمارك والجهات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على تشغيل وإدارة المنصات الحكومية الرقمية السعودية بشكل مستقل (FASAH, ZATCA, SABER وغيرها).
- خبرة في التعامل مع تسجيل الشركات والتصاريح والتراخيص والتجديدات.
- الإلمام بإجراءات التخليص الجمركي والاستيراد في السعودية.
- يفضل خبرة في استيراد وتخليص الشاحنات التجارية.
- يفضل خبرة في التقدم للحصول على تراخيص النقل والخدمات اللوجستية ومعالجتها لدى الجهات المختصة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (يفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل والتنسيق بفعالية مع الجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية ومسؤولية واستقلالية في العمل.
- الطاقة والنشاط مع قدرة على العمل بكفاءة مع الإدارة وإنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد.
- مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية (يفضل).

- RSA is looking for an experienced, energetic, and execution-focused Government Relations Officer to join our team and support the company’s government relations, regulatory compliance, licensing, customs, and logistics-related activities in Saudi Arabia.
- The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and following up on government procedures, regulatory approvals, licenses, permits, customs-related processes, and official documentation while coordinating with relevant government authorities and internal stakeholders. This position requires a highly organized and responsible professional who can independently manage multiple government platforms and procedures while ensuring timely completion and full compliance with applicable Saudi regulations.
- Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Relevant work experience in the logistics, transportation, or customs clearance industry
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations and procedures related to the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, municipalities, customs authorities, and other relevant government entities
- Ability to independently operate and manage relevant Saudi government digital platforms and systems, including FASAH, ZATCA, SABER, and other platforms related to customs clearance, import/export, transportation, and logistics activities
- Experience in handling company registrations, qualification approvals, government filings, permits, licenses, renewals, and other official procedures
- Familiarity with customs clearance and import procedures in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in the importation and customs clearance of freight trucks and commercial vehicles is highly preferred
- Experience in applying for and processing transportation and logistics licenses and permits with relevant Saudi authorities is an advantage
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with government authorities and relevant stakeholders
- Good English communication skills are preferred
- Energetic, responsible, professional, and able to work efficiently with management and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
