ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Guard the entrances and exits of the company by checking the identities of company employees, contractors, and

visitors to prevent unauthorized people from entering any place in the company and report those who are found

there without a legitimate reason. In addition, the visitors’ entries are handled through the assigned gates.

• Report any unusual situations not covered by the security procedure to his direct supervisor. He should handle

the situation with reason and good judgment if it is not possible.

• Participate in security and firefighting drills as per his emergency response role and attend and participate in

critique meetings.

• Comply with the safety procedures.

• Maintain his personal safety when he is on duty. He should not commit risky acts and should not hesitate to ask

for help whenever needed.

• Monitor the security activities to safeguard the USRC assets, employees, patients, guests or other facility

Properties, as applicable in the assigned area.

• Contact relevant authorities for any emergencies, irregularities, or illegal acts that occurred within the assigned

Area. Prepare incident reports and other security-related reports that can be used in the investigation.

• Ensure that all work is performed in line with relevant policies and regulations.

• Perform other job-related duties.

• Operate and drive the ambulance as needed and ensure prompt transport of patients or medical personnel during

emergencies or as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.

• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Diploma.

Experience Requirements:

One (1) year of experience in a security guard role, preferably in a dialysis or hospital setting.

Other Requirements:

Valid driving license with knowledge of manual gear.
