القدية، إحدى مشاريع الجيجا الرائدة ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030، تبحث عن أخصائي أول - مخاطر سلسلة التوريد (Senior Specialist - Supply Chain Risk) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تحديد مخاطر سلسلة التوريد المحتملة وتقييم احتمالية حدوثها وتأثيرها باستخدام أطر تقييم المخاطر المعتمدة (مثل المخاطر التشغيلية والمالية والبيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة والامتثال والجيوسياسية والأمن السيبراني والقدرة والتركيز).
- المحافظة على تحديث ملفات مخاطر الموردين بما في ذلك إدخال نتائج تقييم المخاطر وتحليل التبعية وتحديد الموردين الحرجين تحت إشراف فريق قيادة SRM & SCR.
- دعم تنفيذ ومتابعة إجراءات التخفيف من المخاطر وخطط الطوارئ والأنشطة المتابعة لإدارة المخاطر المحددة والمساهمة في استمرارية الأعمال.
- مراقبة المؤشرات الخارجية للمخاطر مثل التغييرات التنظيمية والكوارث الطبيعية والتطورات السوقية والأحداث المتعلقة بالموردين التي قد تعطل سلسلة التوريد.
- توفير البيانات والرؤى والتحديثات لعرض المخاطر على مستوى المؤسسة ولوحات المعلومات والتقارير المتعلقة بالحوكمة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية (ERM).
- جمع المعلومات من فرق الأعمال حول احتياجات سلسلة التوريد ومؤشرات مخاطر الموردين ومتطلبات التبعية لدعم رؤية المخاطر على مستوى المؤسسة.
- دعم جلسات التوعية والعمل مع أصحاب المصلحة حول الإبلاغ عن مخاطر الموردين / سلسلة التوريد وقنوات التصعيد وإجراءات الاستمرارية في حال حدوث انقطاع.
- دعم أعضاء الفريق من خلال تبادل المعرفة والتنسيق والمتابعة في الوقت المناسب لأنشطة SRM & SCR الموكلة.
- المساهمة في تطوير وصيانة وتحديث سياسات مخاطر سلسلة التوريد والمنهجيات وأدلة العمل والقوالب والمستندات العملية.
- إعداد تقارير دقيقة ولوحات بيانات ومتابعات وتحديثات إدارية حول اتجاهات مخاطر سلسلة التوريد وحالة الإجراءات وتقدم التخفيف.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر للأدوات وجودة البيانات والانضباط الإجرائي ومعايير التقارير المتعلقة بـ SRM ومخاطر سلسلة التوريد.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق والمراجعات الداخلية ومتطلبات الامتثال المتعلقة بمخاطر الموردين والتوثيق والحوكمة وجمع الأدلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة علاقات الموردين (Supplier Relationship Management)، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو المشتريات، أو المخاطر، أو الأدوار ذات الصلة، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن مشاريع واسعة النطاق مثل البناء والعقارات والبنية التحتية والسياحة والترفيه والتطوير الحضري.
- درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو المحاسبة أو القانون أو المالية أو الأعمال أو الهندسة أو المجالات ذات الصلة. يُفضل درجة الماجستير أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو مؤهل متقدم آخر لمستوى الأخصائي الأول.
- يُفضل الحصول على شهادة محترف معتمد في إدارة التوريد (CPSM)، أو محترف معتمد في سلسلة التوريد (CSCP)، أو مدير مشتريات معتمد (CPM)، أو شهادة ذات صلة في المخاطر / المشتريات.
- معرفة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية والإلمام بأهداف رؤية 2030 أمر مرغوب.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات والتنسيق والتوثيق مع القدرة على تحديد المخاطر وتلخيصها ورفعها بفعالية.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل في بيئات متعددة الوظائف ومواءمة مدخلات أصحاب المصلحة مع العمليات والأهداف التنظيمية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب)، مع إتقان اللغة العربية (مرغوب بشدة).
- فهم المشهد الثقافي والتجاري المحلي في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال الخبرة العملية في المنطقة (مفضل).

The Senior Specialist - Supply Chain Risk is responsible for supporting the organization's SRM & SCR team in executing supply chain risk management activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Risk Management:
- Support identification of potential supply chain risks and assess likelihood and impact using established risk assessment frameworks (e.g., operational, financial, ESG, compliance, geopolitical, cybersecurity, capacity, and concentration risks)
- Maintain and update supplier risk profiles, including risk scoring inputs, dependency analysis, and critical supplier identification under the guidance of the SRM & SCR leadership team
- Support implementation and tracking of mitigation actions, contingency plans, and follow-up activities to manage identified risks and contribute to business continuity
- Monitor external risk indicators such as regulatory changes, natural disasters, market developments, and supplier-related events that may disrupt the supply chain
- Contribute data, insights, and updates for enterprise-level risk views, dashboards, and governance reporting in alignment with ERM requirements
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collect and consolidate information from business teams on supply chain needs, supplier risk indicators, and dependency requirements to support organization-wide risk visibility
- Support stakeholder awareness and working sessions on supplier / supply chain risk reporting, escalation channels, and continuity actions in case of supply chain disruptions
- Collaboration, Knowledge Sharing & Team Support
- Support team members through knowledge sharing, coordination, and timely follow-up on assigned SRM & SCR activities
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance culture within the SRM & SCR Team by maintaining discipline in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support development, maintenance, and periodic updates of supply chain risk policies, methodologies, playbooks, templates, and working documents
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, trackers, and management updates on supply chain risk trends, action status, and mitigation progress
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, data quality, process discipline, and reporting standards related to SRM and supply chain risk
- Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance requirements related to supplier risk, documentation, governance, and evidence collection
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk, or related roles, ideally within large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, infrastructure, tourism, entertainment, or urban development
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Accounting, Law, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced qualification is preferred for Senior Specialist level
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), or relevant risk / procurement certification
- Knowledge of KSA regulatory requirements and familiarity with Vision 2030 goals is desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills with the ability to identify, summarize, and escalate risks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional environments and align stakeholder inputs with organizational processes and objectives
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic highly desirable
- Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region preferred
