SANY Saudi Arabia, a leading global construction machinery manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing HR team.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

✅ Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational company

✅ Mandatory experience recruiting for the heavy equipment and construction machinery industry

✅ Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, engineering, and service positions

✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Good knowledge of the Saudi labor market
