We’re Hiring | Chief Operating Officer (COO)

SHURE is seeking an experienced, execution-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations, scale execution, and drive sustainable growth across the company.

This role will work closely with the CEO to oversee operational performance, establish scalable processes, and ensure alignment between strategy, technology, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across departments

• Build and optimize operational workflows, SOPs, and governance frameworks

• Manage cross-functional teams and performance management systems

• Develop KPIs and operational reporting structures

• Coordinate across medical, customer service, technology, and marketing functions

• Drive operational excellence and service quality

• Support growth initiatives and expansion plans

• Build an execution-focused culture across the organization

Requirements:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in operations or general management

• Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and healthcare operations

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with telemedicine / virtual care models

• Technical background or proven ability to work closely with product and technology teams (systems, integrations, automation, digital platforms)

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and service operations

• Strong project management and execution capabilities

• Ability to establish processes, policies, and operational guidelines

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with physicians, customer support teams, and external vendors is highly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is a plus)
