تعلن شركة Palladium: Make It Possible عن حاجتها إلى Technical Lead – Energy Practice (KSA) في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيقود هذا الدور تأسيس وتطوير ممارسة الطاقة في مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وتقديم استشارات معقدة، وتطوير حلول العملاء، ودعم نمو الأعمال.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنفيذ المهام الاستشارية الاستراتيجية لعملاء قطاعي المرافق والطاقة، بدءاً من النطاق الأولي وحتى التنفيذ وقياس الأثر.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خرائط طريق للعملاء تركز على تحول الطاقة، تحديث الشبكات، إدارة الأصول، والتحول الرقمي.
- بناء وصيانة علاقات موثوقة مع كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين في المرافق وأصحاب المصلحة في القطاع عبر دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- دعم جهود تطوير الأعمال من خلال تحديد الفرص، وإعداد المقترحات والميزانيات، والاستفادة من الشبكات الحالية.
- التعاون مع شركات GISI التشغيلية الأخرى لتصميم عروض خدمات مبتكرة وفرص البيع المتبادل.
- توجيه المستشارين المبتدئين والمساهمة في مبادرات تطوير الممارسة، بما في ذلك التوظيف والتدريب.
- تمثيل Palladium في الفعاليات الصناعية والمؤتمرات واجتماعات العملاء، لتعزيز مصداقية الشركة وظهورها في السوق.
- ضمان التميز التقني ومراقبة الجودة عبر جميع المخرجات، والحفاظ على أفضل المعايير.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في قطاع الطاقة، مع التركيز على نقل وتوزيع الطاقة، تخطيط الشبكات، تكامل الشبكات، تحديث المرافق، الطاقة المتجددة، وتخزين الطاقة.
- سجل مثبت في قيادة مشاريع معقدة متعددة الأطراف في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- فهم عميق لديناميكيات سوق المرافق، والأطر التنظيمية، والاتجاهات الناشئة.
- علاقات حالية مع حسابات رئيسية في قطاع المرافق بدول الخليج والجهات المانحة الدولية.
- فطنة تجارية قوية، تشمل خبرة في تطوير المقترحات، اكتساب العملاء، وإدارة الأرباح والخسائر.
- مهارات اتصال وقيادة استثنائية، مع سجل في بناء فرق عالية الأداء.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- روح ريادية: مرونة، مرونة، وراحة مع المخاطرة والغموض.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in transmission and distribution, network planning, renewable energy and energy storage with a proven track record in the GCC and international markets. The role will also involve close regional coordination and cooperation with Hill International (a GISI CG company), which has a significant presence in GCC and the global Palladium business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements for utility and energy sector clients, from initial scoping through execution and impact measurement.
- Develop and execute client roadmaps focused on energy transition, grid modernization, asset management, and digital transformation.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior utility executives and industry stakeholders across the GCC.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, developing proposals and budgets, and leveraging existing networks.
- Collaborate with other GISI operating companies to design innovative service offerings and cross-selling opportunities.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives, including recruitment and training.
- Represent Palladium at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing the firm’s market credibility and visibility.
- Ensure technical excellence and quality control across all deliverables, maintaining best-in-class standards.
- Travel internationally as required to project locations, client meetings, and industry events.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the power sector, with a focus on transmission and distribution, network planning, grid integration, utility modernization, renewable energy, and energy storage.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the GCC.
- Deep understanding of utility market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends
- Existing relationships with key GCC utility accounts and international donors.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience in proposal development, client acquisition, and P&L management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: flexibility, resilience, and comfort with risk and ambiguity.
- High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement about confronting new challenges.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is valued but not required.
- Experience in capital portfolio optimization and asset management.
- Multinational experience and ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
