نحن نبحث عن فني تركيب (Install Technician) للانضمام إلى فريق توصيل البنية التحتية (Infrastructure Delivery) في أمازون ويب سيرفيسز (AWS) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن دعم نشر وتوسعة البنية التحتية للشبكات داخل مراكز بيانات الجيل التالي، والعمل في بيئة سريعة وحساسة تتطلب دقة عالية واستقلالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم نشر البنية التحتية للشبكات من الجيل التالي عبر مراكز البيانات العالمية.
- تنفيذ تركيب الرفوف، الكابلات المهيكلة، نشر الأجهزة، التحقق من صحتها، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لضمان التسليم الآمن والدقيق على نطاق واسع.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق هندسة الشبكات، التشغيل، الأمن، والخدمات اللوجستية لتنفيذ تركيبات البنية التحتية بدقة وكفاءة.
- تحديد المخاطر بشكل استباقي، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة، وتحقيق التميز التشغيلي في عمليات النشر المعقدة وعالية التأثير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في استكشاف أخطاء أجهزة الكمبيوتر وإصلاحها.
- خبرة في شبكات الحاسوب.
- دبلوم المدرسة الثانوية أو ما يعادله.
- معرفة بشبكات TCP/IP.
- معرفة بتقنيات الحوسبة السحابية.
- معرفة بمعايير كابلات الألياف البصرية والنحاسية، وأجهزة الاختبار، ومنهجيات استكشاف الأخطاء.
- معرفة بتصميم الشبكات وبروتوكولاتها واستكشاف أخطاء الطبقات 1 و 2.
- يفضل: خبرة في التعامل الفعّال مع العملاء أثناء حل المشكلات والعمل بكفاءة تحت الضغط.
- يفضل: درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب.
- يفضل: معرفة بأجهزة الخوادم ومكوناتها.

We are seeking an ID Install Technician to support network infrastructure deployment and expansion within our next-generation data center environments.
This role requires operating with a high degree of autonomy in fast-paced, mission-critical environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution standards.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical judgment, disciplined operational practices, and proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure deployments.
Success in this role requires strong implementation and troubleshooting capabilities, structured documentation practices, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and operational stakeholders.
The ability to execute efficiently under pressure, adapt quickly to evolving priorities, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams is essential.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience in computer networking
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
- Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
