Role Description The Muay Thai Instructor will deliver engaging, safe, and technically sound Muay Thai classes for beginners through advanced students in an on-site facility located in Jeddah. Responsibilities include planning and leading group sessions, offering one-on-one coaching, demonstrating techniques, correcting form, and guiding students through drills, pad work, and controlled sparring. The instructor will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training programs to different ability levels and goals. Daily tasks also involve maintaining a safe training environment, ensuring equipment is used properly, and collaborating with dojo staff on schedules, events, and assessments. This is a full-time, on-site role with consistent class hours and potential involvement in workshops, seminars, and fighter preparation.
Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency in Muay Thai, with the ability to demonstrate and break down techniques clearly.
• Experience in complementary striking disciplines such as Boxing and Kickboxing to enhance students’ overall stand-up skills.
• Proven background in Training and conditioning, including building structured programs and progression plans.
• Demonstrated Teaching and coaching skills, with the ability to instruct diverse age groups and experience levels.
• Prior competitive or professional Muay Thai experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful training environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide students toward their goals.
• Relevant coaching certifications or martial arts instructor credentials are an advantage.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings or weekends as required by class timetables.
