Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Driver role based in Duba. The Company Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport food products, kitchen supplies, and other materials between company locations and customer sites. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles before and after trips, loading and unloading items, maintaining delivery schedules, and following all traffic and safety regulations. The role involves communicating with dispatch and restaurant staff, securing cargo, completing delivery documentation, and providing courteous service during pick-ups and drop-offs. The driver is expected to keep vehicles clean, report maintenance needs promptly, and support operational efficiency by following established routes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess professional truck operation skills, including Truck Driving experience and familiarity with driving a Truck safely.
• Candidates should possess appropriate licensing and regulatory knowledge, such as CDL Class A or equivalent commercial driving credentials where required.
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal abilities, including clear Communication and reliable Customer Service skills when interacting with internal teams and external contacts.
• Clean driving record and demonstrated adherence to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections, recognize maintenance issues, and coordinate with service providers as needed.
• Physical ability to handle loading and unloading tasks and to work on-site in varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Reliability in time management, route planning, and documentation, with attention to detail in delivery paperwork and logs.
• Previous experience in food service logistics, restaurant supply delivery, or similar distribution environments is an advantage.
