نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن قائد ابتكار/ذكاء اصطناعي ليعمل كخبير تقني أول مسؤول عن تحديد وتشكيل وقيادة الحلول المبتكرة التي تلبي احتياجات العملاء، مع تركيز قوي على الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي والتقنيات الناشئة. في هذا الدور، ستكون جسراً بين توقعات العملاء والابتكار التكنولوجي، مع الجمع بين الخبرة التقنية العملية وقدرات التواصل مع العملاء. ستستكشف وتنشئ نماذج أولية وتقدم حلولاً مبتكرة، مع المساهمة في تطوير المبادرات المعتمدة إلى حلول قابلة للتوسع بالتعاون مع الفرق العالمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء لفهم احتياجات العمل ونقاط الألم والفرص التي يمكن للابتكار والتقنيات المتقدمة خلق قيمة فيها.
- تحديد وتعزيز الأساليب المبتكرة التي تستفيد من الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي والتقنيات الناشئة بشكل استباقي.
- تحدي متطلبات العملاء وإثرائها من خلال اقتراح حلول بديلة عند الاقتضاء.
- ترسيخ الابتكار كممكن رئيسي للتحول الرقمي داخل منظومة الخطوط السعودية.
- تصميم وتطوير وتسليم نماذج أولية (PoCs) لإثبات الحلول المبتكرة والتحقق من جدواها.
- اختيار التقنيات والأدوات المناسبة للتجربة السريعة والتكرار على مفاهيم الحلول.
- عرض النماذج الأولية على أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء وجمع ملاحظات منظمة.
- تقييم قابلية التوسع والجدوى والأثر المحتمل للمبادرات الابتكارية.
- دعم انتقال النماذج الأولية المعتمدة إلى حلول قابلة للتوسع بالتعاون مع الفرق العالمية.
- ضمان توافق المبادرات مع بنية العميل واتجاهه الاستراتيجي.
- المساهمة في تعريف مناهج التنفيذ أثناء الانتقال من النموذج الأولي إلى التسليم.
- الموازنة بين طموح الابتكار وقابلية التطبيق العملي والقيمة التجارية.
- البقاء على اطلاع على الاتجاهات الناشئة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي والابتكار الرقمي.
- تقديم حلول وابتكارات جديدة للعملاء وتقييم مدى ملاءمتها لسياقهم.
- العمل كمصدر إلهام داخل بيئة العميل.
- تيسير ورش عمل الابتكار وجلسات العصف الذهني مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق التقنية العالمية التي تدعم أنشطة الابتكار.
- التعاون مع المعماريين لضمان التوافق مع بنية الحل الشاملة.
- الحفاظ على تواصل واضح حول تقدم الابتكار ونتائجه والدروس المستفادة.
- تعزيز أساليب العمل الرشيقة والتجريبية عبر الفرق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية أكاديمية مناسبة في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في أدوار تقنية تركز على الذكاء الاصطناعي أو التعلم الآلي أو الحلول الرقمية أو التطوير القائم على الابتكار.
- خبرة في بناء نماذج أولية أو نماذج إثبات المفهوم في بيئات عملية.
- القدرة على ترجمة احتياجات العمل إلى حلول مبتكرة وممكنة تقنياً.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئات متعددة الوظائف ودولية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وقيادة المبادرات من الفكرة إلى النموذج الأولي.
- خبرة في مجال الطيران أو تقنيات السفر تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض التقديمي، مع القدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities where innovation and advanced technologies can create value
- Proactively identify and promote innovative approaches leveraging AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies
- Challenge and enrich customer requirements by proposing alternative solution approaches when relevant
- Position innovation as a key enabler of business transformation within the Saudia ecosystem
- Design, develop, and deliver proof of concepts (PoCs) or prototypes to demonstrate innovative solutions and validate feasibility
- Select appropriate technologies and tools to rapidly experiment and iterate on solution concepts
- Demonstrate prototypes to customer stakeholders and gather structured feedback
- Evaluate scalability, feasibility, and potential impact of innovation initiatives
- Support the transition of validated PoCs into scalable solutions in collaboration with global teams
- Ensure initiatives are aligned with customer architecture and strategic direction
- Contribute to defining implementation approaches during the transition from prototype to delivery
- Balance innovation ambition with practical applicability and business value
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and digital innovation
- Present new solutions and innovations to customers and assess applicability within their context
- Act as a source of inspiration within the customer environment
- Facilitate innovation workshops and ideation sessions with stakeholders
- Work closely with global technical teams supporting innovation activities
- Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with overall solution architecture
- Maintain clear communication on innovation progress, outcomes, and learnings
- Promote agile and experimental ways of working across teams
- Relevant academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in technical roles focused on AI, machine learning, digital solutions, or innovation-driven development
- Experience building prototypes or proof of concepts in real-world environments
- Ability to translate business needs into innovative and technically feasible solutions
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to prototype
- Experience in aviation or travel technology domains is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- English is required; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
