Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The Site Engineer coordinates with civil and structural engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and keep the project on track. Responsibilities include supervising quality control procedures, monitoring materials and workmanship, reporting progress, and supporting project managers with site documentation. The role also requires clear communication with on-site staff and management to maintain smooth operations and timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and practical experience managing construction activities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills, including monitoring materials, workmanship, and compliance with standards.
• Candidates should possess foundational structural engineering knowledge and the ability to collaborate with civil engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience working on construction projects in a site engineer or similar role is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations, project documentation, and basic project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions on-site, and adapt to changing project needs.
