Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled or hands-on maintenance and repair work across a variety of systems, including electrical and mechanical.
Work Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing systems and building works.
- Conducts routine inspections to identify potential issues and performs preventive & predictive maintenance tasks.
- Diagnoses and resolves issues with equipment and machinery.
- Installs and maintains various types of equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests and resolves issues promptly.
- Maintains accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensures that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitors and maintains inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Assists in coordinating and scheduling routine maintenance with the team.
- Communicates with management regarding any critical issues or maintenance needs.
- Assists in upgrading or replacing systems and equipment as needed.
- Uses the Company related softwares and applications professionally.
- Performs any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school or diploma in Engineering or related field.
- 3-4+ years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance tasks.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
