Description:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled or hands-on maintenance and repair work across a variety of systems, including electrical and mechanical.

Work Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing systems and building works.
2. Conducts routine inspections to identify potential issues and performs preventive & predictive maintenance tasks.
3. Diagnoses and resolves issues with equipment and machinery.
4. Installs and maintains various types of equipment, machinery, and systems.
5. Responds to emergency maintenance requests and resolves issues promptly.
6. Maintains accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
7. Ensures that all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
8. Monitors and maintains inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
9. Assists in coordinating and scheduling routine maintenance with the team.
10. Communicates with management regarding any critical issues or maintenance needs.
11. Assists in upgrading or replacing systems and equipment as needed.
12. Uses the Company related softwares and applications professionally.
13. Performs any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. High school or diploma in Engineering or related field.
2. 3-4+ years of experience.
3. Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance tasks.
4. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Good physical condition
6. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
7. Familiarity with safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
8. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Good communication skills.
