NIIT تبحث عن مستشار تدريبي للانضمام إلى فريق التعلم والتوصيل في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مستشار تدريبي ملم بالمعرفة وموجه نحو النتائج للانضمام إلى فريق التعلم والتوصيل. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تحديد احتياجات التدريب، تصميم حلول التعلم، تقديم برامج تدريبية مؤثرة، ودعم أصحاب المصلحة في تحقيق أهداف التعلم. يتطلب الدور مهارات قوية في الاستشارة والتيسير وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة بالإضافة إلى الخبرة في عمليات توصيل التعلم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل متطلبات العمل وتحديد احتياجات التدريب والتطوير.
- تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ حلول تعلم واستراتيجيات تدريب فعالة.
- تقديم برامج تعلم حضورية وافتراضية ومدمجة للموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إنشاء وصيانة محتوى التدريب والمواد التعليمية والتقييمات وموارد المعرفة.
- التعاون مع قادة الأعمال والفرق متعددة الوظائف لمواءمة مبادرات التعلم مع الأهداف التنظيمية.
- مراقبة أداء المتعلمين وفعالية التدريب ومقاييس المشاركة.
- تقديم توصيات للتحسين المستمر في تقديم التدريب وعمليات التعلم.
- دعم مبادرات التدريب مثل التأهيل، رفع المهارات، التدريب السلوكي، التقني، والعمليات.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة وسياسات التعلم والمبادئ التوجيهية التشغيلية.
- استخدام منصات LMS وأدوات التعلم الرقمية لإدارة التدريب وإعداد التقارير.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة وتقنيات التعلم ومناهج التعليم الحديثة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص.
- 4-6 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في التدريب أو استشارات التعلم أو عمليات توصيل التعلم.

- Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain training content, learning materials, assessments, and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor learner performance, training effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training delivery and learning processes.
- Support onboarding, upskilling, behavioral, technical, and process training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, learning policies, and operational guidelines.
- Utilize LMS platforms and digital learning tools for training management and reporting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and modern instructional methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in training, learning consulting, or learning delivery operations.
