تعلن شركة Ekal Company عن وظيفة Food Runner (ناقل طلبات) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها بمكة جدة السعودية، حيث سيتولى ضمان توصيل طلبات الطعام بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد من المطبخ إلى الضيوف مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة العالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق الوثيق مع النُدُل وفريق المطبخ لضمان تسليم الطلبات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- فحص كل طبق من حيث الدقة والتقديم قبل تسليمه إلى الطاولات الصحيحة.
- دعم منسقي التوصيل أثناء فترات الازدحام للمساعدة في تنسيق التوقيت بين المطبخ وطاقم الخدمة.
- إعادة تزويد محطات الخدمة بالمستلزمات والحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مناطق الخدمة.
- المساعدة في إزالة الأطباق من الطاولات والاستجابة لطلبات الضيوف.
- إبلاغ المطبخ بأي طلبات خاصة أو احتياجات غذائية.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بإرضاء الضيوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات في خدمة الطعام وتداول الأغذية والمشروبات لضمان توصيل الطلبات بكفاءة وأمان.
- مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء قوية للتفاعل الفعال مع الضيوف وفريق العمل.
- خبرة أو قدرة في المهام المتعلقة بتنسيق التوصيل (expeditor) لتنسيق التوقيت بين المطبخ وطاقم الخدمة.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بجدة، والوقوف والمشي لفترات طويلة، والتعامل مع بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.
- معرفة أساسية بممارسات النظافة والسلامة في خدمة الطعام، مع الاهتمام بالنظافة والتنظيم.
- عقلية تعاونية، وموثوقية، ومرونة للعمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة.
- خبرة سابقة في المطاعم أو الضيافة تعتبر ميزة؛ شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Food Runner role is based in Jeddah and focuses on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests. The Food Runner coordinates closely with servers and kitchen team members, checks each plate for accuracy and presentation, and delivers dishes to the correct tables while maintaining high service standards. The role includes supporting expeditors during busy periods, restocking service stations, and keeping service areas clean and organized. The Food Runner also assists with clearing tables, responding to guest requests, and communicating any special orders or dietary needs to the kitchen. Consistent punctuality, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential in this position.

- Candidates should possess skills in food service and food & beverage handling to support efficient and safe delivery of orders.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in expeditor-related tasks to coordinate timing between kitchen and service staff.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, standing and walking for extended periods, and handling a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety practices in food service, with attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior experience in restaurants or hospitality is an advantage; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
