المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الدورية والإصلاحات على مختلف المعدات والأنظمة في الموقع أو في الورشة.
- استكشاف الأخطاء الفنية وتشخيص المشكلات، وتقديم حلول فعالة لاستعادة العمليات.
- المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل المعدات الجديدة حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح التي تم إجراؤها.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات وإجراءات السلامة أثناء العمل لمنع المخاطر وضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.
- التعاون مع المهندسين ومديري المشاريع للتواصل حول حالة المعدات والتوصية بالتحسينات.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التقنيات والتطورات في المجال لتعزيز الكفاءة الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة في تكنولوجيا الهندسة، الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكهربائية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مسجل لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين كفني.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور فني في قطاع البناء أو الصناعة.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات التشخيص والمعدات المتعلقة بالصيانة والإصلاح.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء الميكانيكية والكهربائية.
- معرفة ممتازة بلوائح السلامة وأفضل الممارسات في البيئة التقنية.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية والمخططات والكتيبات.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات اتصال فعالة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات مرنة إذا لزم الأمر، بما في ذلك العمل الإضافي أحيانًا.

Rawafid is looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a range of equipment and systems used in our construction projects. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems on-site or in the workshop
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, providing effective solutions to restore operations
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working to prevent hazards and ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to communicate equipment status and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in the industry to enhance technical proficiency
- Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers as a technician
- Min. 3 years of experience in a technician role within the construction or industrial sector
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment related to maintenance and repair
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a technical environment
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed, including occasional overtime
