We are seeking passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven retail leaders to join our MIU MIU boutique management team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding business performance.
• Provide an exceptional luxury client experience through personalized service and relationship building.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty by developing long-term relationships with VIP and high-value customers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, client engagement, and sales performance.
• Monitor daily boutique operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and business trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock management, and effective loss prevention practices.
• Partner with regional management to implement sales strategies and business initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top retail talent while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury retail standards, and operational procedures.
• Represent the MIU MIU brand with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for luxury fashion.
• Maintain boutique presentation to reflect the highest standards of the brand image and customer experience.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, premium fashion, jewelry, watches, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and boutique performance targets.
• Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strong clienteling experience with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales performance and business opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
