تعلن شركة كامكو - شركة مترو العاصمة (CAMCO) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف اتصالات (COM) في الرياض، حي الندى، السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى دعم مدير أنظمة الاتصالات والتحكم الإشرافي (COM & SCADA) في تحديد أولويات أعباء العمل بناءً على متطلبات التشغيل والسلامة، وضمان تنفيذ صيانة الأصول وفقاً لمعايير الجودة، والمشاركة في تحليل الأعطال وتحسين دورة حياة الأصول.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على صيانة الأصول وتخطيط الصيانة واستراتيجيات الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية لأنظمة الاتصالات والتحكم الإشرافي (COM & SCADA).
- تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح للمعدات ذات الصلة وفقاً لخطة العمل وأدلة الصيانة.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة أثناء أعمال الصيانة.
- دعم توظيف وتدريب وتقييم فريق العمل، وإدارة جهود التطوير والتدريب المستمر.
- دعم مدير COM & SCADA والجهات العليا في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وإعداد تقارير الحوادث للأعطال والفشل والحوادث المماثلة.
- المساهمة في إنشاء ومراجعة وتعديل واعتماد وثائق الصيانة والرسومات التصميمية والمستندات.
- تنفيذ و/أو الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة المعقدة بواسطة الفرق الداخلية أو المقاولين.
- ضمان سلامة الفرق من خلال تطبيق عمليات السلامة والاستخدام الصحيح للأدوات، وإنشاء وتوزيع إحاطات السلامة/الجودة.
- دعم فرق الصيانة في استكشاف المشكلات المعقدة وضمان تنفيذ الصيانة وفقاً لمعايير الجودة، ومراجعة سجلات نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS).
- مراجعة عمليات إدارة التغيير لضمان عدم تأثيرها على العمليات التشغيلية.
- النيابة عن مدير COM & SCADA أو رئيس أنظمة النقل ودعمهم في أي مهام معقولة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم تقني (متطلب أدنى).
- شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة (مرغوب فيه).
- شهادة Lean / Six Sigma (مرغوب فيه).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الأنظمة ذات الصلة في صناعة السكك الحديدية / الطيران / النقل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور إشرافي مثبتة.
- خبرة في إنشاء قوائم المواد (Bill of Materials) والمشاركة في المشتريات والمناقصات التنافسية وتقديم التوضيحات الفنية.
- خبرة في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (Root Cause Analysis) وتحليل أوضاع الفشل وتأثيراته (FMEA).
- خبرة في بناء العلاقات والتأثير على مجموعة من الأشخاص على جميع المستويات داخل المؤسسة.
- خبرة في تقديم المدخلات إلى فرق الإدارة العليا.

Mission
Main Purpose
Supports COM & SCADA Manager in ensuring workloads are prioritised based on operational and safety demands aligning with business needs. Supports the maintenance teams to trouble shoot complicated issues and ensure maintenance of assets are being done in accordance with quality standards.
You’ll make sure our assets are safe, reliable and compliant, developing your own solutions using your own initiative with guidance from your more experienced peers and superiors. The role involves compliance with metro standards, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to safety and quality requirements throughout the asset lifecycle.
Supporting the procurement teams to provide technical analysis and justification for RFQ’s, development of Bill of Materials, tender input and clarifications, as well as exploring alternative equipment manufacturers to support localisation targets in Saudi Arabia with a focus of improving quality and reducing cost.
Profile
Key Responsibilities
5 years of system related experience in the rail/aviation/transportation industry
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
Experience in creating Bill of Materials and being involved in procurement, competitive tenders and providing technical clarifications
Experience in Root Cause Analysis & Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
Experience of building relationships with, and influencing a range of people at all levels within the organisation
Experience of providing input to senior management teams
Experience of analysis and predicting future failures and providing solutions to increase the lifecycle of assets

Profile

- Providing oversight for asset maintenance, maintenance planning, asset strategy, predictive and condition-based maintenance for discipline specific systems (COM & SCADA)
- Maintenance planning. Execution of maintenance and repair activities of the relevant equipment according to work plan and maintenance manuals
- Ensuring quality standards are upheld during maintenance
- Supporting for hiring, training and assessing team staff, managing ongoing personnel training and development efforts to
- Support the COM & SCADA manager and wider superiors in the technical directorate for Root Cause Analysis & Incident Reporting for faults, failures, incidents and similar
- Supporting the COM & SCADA manager and the wider technical team for the creation, review, modification, approval of maintenance documentation, design drawings, documents
- Executing and/or supervising complex maintenance activities by own teams or sub-contractors
- Ensuring the safety of teams, following all safety process, correct use of tooling and similar. Creation and distribution of safety/quality briefs and toolbox talk to the supervisors
- Supports the maintenance teams to trouble shoot complicated issues and ensure maintenance of assets are being done in accordance with quality standards. Reviewing CMMS logs and attachments to ensure maintenance teams are following good practices
- Review of change management processes, ensuring all change management processes are thoroughly reviewed to avoid any operational impact
- Deputising for the COM & SCADA manager or Head of Transit Systems and support them in any reasonable requested tasks
- Technical Diploma (Minimum Requirement)
- Degree in Engineering (Desired)
- Lean / Six Sigma (Desired)
